The best Disneyland restaurants include some of the most popular locations at the resort, as well as some hidden gems that only locals know about. Our ranking to all the best Disneyland restaurants includes the best table and quick service spots in Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney, and all the Disneyland Resort hotels. Disneyland is known for having great food beyond your typical theme park snacks that are just as iconic.
“Table service” is the term Disney uses to refer to restaurants that offer reservations, and customers are waited on by cast members. “Quick service” refers to grab-and-go locations, although many of them also offer seating. This guide is going to go over the Mickey Visit best Disneyland restaurants ranked, including both quick and table service. We have updated this guide in late 2025 to reflect some shifts in rankings based on our experience with these restaurants from our frequent visits.
There are a few things we consider when we rank the best Disneyland restaurants on Mickey Visit, but the two main factors we'll focus on are food quality and theme. There are some restaurants that are iconic for their location or theme, while others have stellar menus or maybe even both! All of our staff recommendations of favorite restaurants and menu items come from everyone here at Mickey Visit. We dine at Disneyland weekly, and many of us spend quality time with our kids in the park, so we have our best recommendations based on our own experience. We also split out the best Disneyland food items to eat into a separate article to highlight the best standalone food offerings.

The restaurant scene at Disneyland is always slightly evolving, with menu changes, new additions, and more. Though there are certain favorites that we always love, some locations have really stood out to us as quality options over the past year, and we have adjusted our ranking accordingly.
Lamplight Lounge keeps its top spot on our list. While the menu here has been significantly reduced recently, we still feel it beats out all of the other restaurants at the resort due to its overall ambiance, theming, and food quality. We also moved up a few specific restaurants in the rankings within the top 10 spots, including Cafe Orleans, Tiana's Palace, Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, and Din Tai Fung. The atmosphere of the outdoor patio looking out over the Rivers of America, combined with the iconic menu items, gives Cafe Orleans a higher spot on our list.
Tiana's Palace has continued to impress us due to its affordability, vegetarian options, and atmosphere. Jolly Holiday Bakery continues to be one of our must-do quick-service locations every trip, with consistent food quality and great seasonal offerings. Din Tai Fung has also continued to deliver as an excellent option outside of the parks with its top-notch food and upscale atmosphere.
We have also added a couple of new additions to our list, including Storytellers Cafe and Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree. Storytellers Cafe consistently impresses us with the highest-quality food of any character dining location, and its addition of a character dining dinner solidifies its spot in our ranking. We have also loved the great offerings at Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree since its menu was revamped last year.
Beyond these major changes, we have also made some smaller shifts throughout our ranking to reflect our recent experiences. Now, let's get into our current list…

Plus, don't miss our take on whether these 16 “Worst” Restaurants According to Yelp Reviews Deserve That Title. It was a fun read that will also provide some helpful recommendations.
1. Lamplight Lounge
Lamplight Lounge is an open-air Pixar-themed restaurant in California Adventure overlooking Pixar Pier. This restaurant is filled with original drawings, artwork, and artifacts celebrating all of the Pixar films. Not only is the interior decor of this restaurant fantastic for Pixar fans, but the waterfront views of Pixar Pier are also incredible. This location also has one of the best breakfasts in Disneyland.
There is an upstairs and downstairs at Lamplight Lounge with patios that overlook Pixar Pier and Paradise Bay. Whether you dine inside and enjoy the Pixar artistry or take in the views on the outdoor deck, the atmosphere here is one of the best at Disney California Adventure. The menu is all themed around Pixar and has a unique offering of California-inspired gastropub cuisine. See our Lamplight Lounge review for an overview of the menu and more photos of our experience here.
In addition to being one of the best overall Disneyland restaurants, Lamplight Lounge is our top pick for table-service dining at Disney California Adventure. See the top table-service and quick-service restaurants ranked in our best Disney California Adventure restaurants guide.
Favorite Menu Item: The Lobster Nachos offered at Lamplight Lounge- Boardwalk Dining are a staple of the menu and have a huge fan following at Disneyland. If lobster isn't your thing, the Potato Skins are also a fantastic option. For brunch, we love the Lamplight French Toast and Cinnamon Toast Cocktail.
Top Tip: There are some great secrets at the Lamplight Lounge, like a secret bar menu and a secret dining room. Ask a cast member to take advantage of these Disneyland secrets. Some of our favorite places to sit at the restaurant are the outdoor couches, which have great views out across Paradise Bay.
Location: Pixar Pier, California Adventure
2. Blue Bayou Restaurant
The most famous themed Disneyland restaurant is easily the Blue Bayou Restaurant. Blue Bayou is the iconic restaurant overlooking the Pirates of the Caribbean, located in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park. Blue Bayou offers Southern-inspired food with a New Orleans flair. This is an iconic Disneyland restaurant and has been a staple of the resort since the location opened in 1967.
You do not need to dress up for this experience, and like most Disneyland restaurants, you will see guests in normal park clothes. However, it can be fun to make this a special meal by wearing nicer clothes. Kids will love the atmosphere, and the kids' menu appeals to all palates. You can read our full Blue Bayou review to see why we love this restaurant.
Favorite Menu Item: Bread service and Pistachio Lemon Basil Pasta (the plant-based option here rotates and is not always pasta)
Top Tip: Ask for a table by the water to have the best view of the boats going by. Even if the host says it'll be a long wait, it often isn't long at all, and it's well worth it. The waterside table pictured above is far better than a table deeper into the restaurant.
Location: New Orleans Square, Disneyland
3. Cafe Orleans
Cafe Orleans is a popular table-service restaurant in New Orleans Square at Disneyland with an outdoor patio overlooking the Rivers of America. The outdoor ambiance of this New Orleans-inspired restaurant makes it a favorite on our list of themed Disneyland dining. Watch the Mark Twain Riverboat glide past, listen to live music passing by, all while enjoying some of the most iconic Disney food items. Read our Cafe Orleans dining review to see why this is one of our favorite restaurants in Disneyland!
Favorite Menu Item: Monte Cristo and Pommes Frites
Top Tip: This is a popular restaurant, and even with a dining reservation, you may still experience a wait to be seated. Always secure a dining reservation for this best Disneyland restaurant.
Location: New Orleans Square, Disneyland
4. Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe
Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe is a Mary Poppins-themed restaurant that offers cafe-style food items like fresh pastries, sandwiches, breakfast items, and sweets. Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe is on the corner of Main Street and faces the hub in Disneyland. There is no indoor seating, but there is a large patio surrounding the restaurant with plenty of places to sit.
Favorite Menu Item: Jolly Holiday Combo, Matterhorn Macaroon, seasonal sandwiches (Beef-Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Boo-gogi Toasted Sandwich with Corn Cheese Soup, Thanks-mas Sandwich), and the Cranberry-Pecan Salad.
Top Tip: This quick-service restaurant is often the one place at Disneyland that stays open right until closing, even when they close at 12 AM, making this a great late-night spot to eat. Use mobile ordering to skip the lines.
5. Breakfast With Minnie and Friends at the Plaza Inn
Breakfast with Minnie & Friends at Plaza Inn is the only Disneyland character dining experience inside the theme parks. This is one of the best character dining restaurants at Disneyland if you want to meet a large variety of characters.
The atmosphere of Plaza Inn also makes this spot worthy of consideration. Walt Disney's wife, Lillian, helped design the interior decor, and the outside patio offers views of Main Street USA and Sleeping Beauty Castle. Characters at this breakfast and brunch buffet can include Minnie Mouse, Eeyore, Captain Hook, Rafiki, Winnie the Pooh, Chip n Dale, Fairy Godmother, Max, and the penguins from Mary Poppins. Read our Breakfast with Minnie and Friends character dining review to see why we love this experience.
Favorite Menu Item: This buffet includes the famous Mickey Mouse waffles, so make sure you don't miss trying these.
Top Tip: Guests will take a photo with Minnie Mouse right when you arrive, before you enter the restaurant, so be prepared to get this great picture before you dine.
Location: Main Street U.S.A., Disneyland
6. Carthay Circle
Carthay Circle Restaurant is one of the best dining locations at Disneyland for quality food and a more upscale atmosphere. But the menu isn't the only reason to get excited about Carthay Circle; the restaurant itself is inspired by the original Carthay Circle Theatre from the 1920s.
Carthay Circle is where Walt Disney's first feature-length film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, premiered in 1937. The restaurant's design is inspired by the glamour of Hollywood in the 1920s and contains artifacts of the early Disney era. Carthay Circle Restaurant is a beautiful tribute to this moment in Walt Disney's life and a great place for Disney history buffs to enjoy. Read our Carthay Circle review to see a full photo tour of the extensive details of this classic restaurant, and our Carthay Circle Lounge review for a look at the menu and outdoor dining area.
Favorite Menu Item: The Pork Chop! It's so moist, it falls right off the bone.
Top Tip: Try the lounge dining option, which offers a great selection of cocktails and lighter meals, like our favorite Moroccan Chicken Meatballs.
Location: Buena Vista Street, California Adventure
6. Napa Rose
Also tied for our sixth spot is the Napa Rose. Napa Rose is the upscale dining option at the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, which features award-winning cuisine by Chef Andrew Sutton. Napa Rose features both a prix fixe Vintner's Table Menu and an à la carte selection of dishes that honors California's culinary history, artisan farmers, and winemakers. Note that Napa Rose is going into a multi-month closure in 2025 to update the restaurant's interior.
This is an upscale, luxurious dining option, and has a price tag and dress code to match. Guests are required to dress in appropriate dinner attire (dress pants, nice jeans, collared shirts, dresses, etc.) and leave the hats, swimwear, tank tops, or distressed jeans at home. If you are looking for a luxury dining experience, this is the best option in the Disneyland area.
Napa Rose is also the location where you can find the Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures character dining, which offers a more casual, yet still high-quality, dining experience. The morning begins with a three-course breakfast, and guests will meet Princesses such as Belle, Tiana, Ariel, Jasmine, and others.
Favorite Menu Item: The menu rotates frequently, so it's hard to pick a favorite menu item. Ask your server for their best recommendation.
Top Tip: This is the only Disney Princess character meal option at Disneyland and offers some of the best character interactions.
Location: Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
7. Din Tai Fung
Din Tai Fung is one of the newer additions to Downtown Disney. The restaurant is renowned for its Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) and hospitality. It offers a variety of items served family-style, including dumplings, wontons, vegetables, fried rice, noodles, and more.
We are big fans of Din Tai Fung and are very excited that it has come to Downtown Disney. The delicious food, extensive menu, upscale atmosphere, and incredible service make it a standout location. This is also a great option if you want to dine outside of the parks to mix things up from the standard theme park fare.
Favorite Menu Item: Truffle & Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao, Spicy Wontons, String Beans with Garlic, Black Milk Tea
Top Tip: Pace yourself and resist the temptation to over-order! The meals are served family-style, and it's easy for your eyes to be bigger than your stomach when placing your initial order. You can always get more if you're still not full after your initial round of ordering.
8. Tiana's Palace
Tiana's Palace is a quick-service location in New Orleans Square offering Southern comfort dishes and offerings inspired by Creole and Cajun cuisine. The restaurant is known for its gumbo and sandwiches as well as its house-made beignets. Tiana's Palace offers one of the most unique vegetarian options at the park with its 7 Greens Gumbo.
Favorite Menu Item: 7 Greens Gumbo with Chicken & Andouille Sausage, Cold Brew
Top Tip: While mobile ordering is typically the way to go for quick-service restaurants, we recommend avoiding it at Tiana's Palace. The presentation of the food on the white plates you get when dining there looks more elegant and appetizing compared to how it appears in the mobile order containers.
9. Carnation Cafe
READ MORE – We Visit Disney Weekly. These 11 Habits Set You Apart as a Disney Parks Pro.
Carnation Cafe does not have over-the-top indoor theming, but what makes it a great spot is the atmosphere of the outdoor patio. Carnation Cafe is located on Main Street U.S.A., so the outdoor patio puts you right in the middle of the ambiance of one of the most historic places in Disneyland. In fact, Carnation Cafe is one of the original dining locations at the Disneyland Resort and has been open since the opening day of the resort on July 17th, 1955 (originally as an ice cream parlor). Walt Disney famously loved chili, so the chili on the menu has been named Walt's Chili in his honor. Due to the nostalgia and atmosphere of this restaurant, this is a quintessential place to enjoy a meal at Disneyland, as you can see by reading our review of this favorite restaurant.
Favorite Menu Item: Walt's Chili is a must, as this is top-notch chili and a classic recipe. This restaurant also serves the best homemade veggie burger at the park. The fried pickles are also a great appetizer.
Top Tip: Try to time your reservation so you're eating during one of the afternoon parades. You won't have a perfect view, but the atmosphere is fun.
Location: Main Street U.S.A., Disneyland
10. Storytellers Cafe
Storytellers Cafe is a character dining experience at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa that offers high-quality buffet-style food and interactions with classic Disney characters in a Craftsman-inspired space. Mickey's Tales of Adventure Breakfast/Brunch is offered in the mornings/afternoons, and Donald's Tales of Adventure Dinner is offered in the evenings. You can read our review of the Mickey's Tales of Adventure breakfast to see why this is one of our top Disneyland character dining experiences.
Favorite Menu Item: We recommend timing your reservation during the transition period between breakfast and brunch so you can enjoy breakfast items during your first pass and brunch items during your second pass at the buffet. Our favorite items from the buffet are the waffles and the turkey carving station. Gavin Doyle, the founder of Mickey Visit, says he wishes this could be his Thanksgiving turkey every single year!
Top Tip: Try a seasonal character dining experience here! Storytellers Cafe has fun seasonal themes for autumn, Christmas, as well as special meals on other holidays like Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
Location: Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
11. GCH Craftsman Bar
GCH Craftsman Bar, located at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, is one of the best hidden gem restaurants at Disneyland. The menu features fresh, California-inspired fare ranging from avocado toast to salmon salad and flatbread. The restaurant prices are reasonable for how good the food is, and it's a great, relaxing spot to eat a quick lunch or dinner. This is one of the restaurants that Gavin eats at the most during his Disneyland trips. A secret for locals and those in the know!
Favorite Menu Item: Tuna Poke Bowl
Top Tip: You can easily access this restaurant by using the entrance to the Grand Californian located near Grizzly River Run in California Adventure. You do not need to be a hotel guest to use this theme park entrance after the park opens.
Location: Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
12. Bengal Barbecue
Bengal Barbecue is one of the best quick-service restaurants in Disneyland, featuring skewers with grilled meats and veggies along with pineapple spears, pickles, and tiger tail breadsticks. This popular spot is located in Adventureland right across from the Jungle Cruise.
Favorite Menu Item: Bengal Beef and Outback Vegetable Skewer.
Top Tip: This is a popular location, so using mobile order for this best Disneyland restaurant is a must. Set your mobile order earlier in the day if you know what time you want to eat lunch to avoid long waits.
13. Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar
Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar, located at the Disneyland Hotel, is well-known for its fun atmosphere. This bar is inspired by the popular Jungle Cruise attraction. The exterior of the bar is lit with tiki torches, but the interior is where the best theming takes place. The story goes that legendary explorer Trader Sam traveled the Amazon, Congo, etc., to find all the best ingredients to mix into his magical cocktails. The bar is also filled with the many trinkets and artifacts he has collected during his travels.
The best part of this enchanted bar is that certain drinks ordered trigger animatronics in the bar along with lightning, sound effects, and different bartender interactions. It's what makes the atmosphere so fun! For example, if you order the Uh Oa! drink, the bartender rings a bell, and everyone will begin chanting “Uh OA! Uh OA!” and cast members spray water into the air so it feels like it's beginning to rain. Our Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar review covers why this spot is such a fan favorite.
Favorite menu items: Order any of the drinks that trigger one of the special effects to get the full experience. The two most noteworthy are the Uh Oa! and the Krakatoa Punch.
Top Tip: The biggest thing to know about Trader Sam's is that no kids are allowed inside after 8 PM, and it becomes adults only.
Location: Disneyland Hotel
14. Pym Test Kitchen
Pym Test Kitchen is the main quick-service restaurant in Avengers Campus, which arguably has some of the best-themed menu items of all the quick-service restaurants. The story of this restaurant is that they used Pym Particles to grow and shrink the food items on the menu. Pym Particles is the shrinking and growing technology featured in the Ant-Man films.
The interior of the restaurant has a “quantum tunnel” on the ceiling where you can watch a conveyor belt of pretzels go from regular size to huge. These menu items are all themed to be extraordinarily large or small, with mini noodles and oversized meatballs or a pretzel weighing nearly 360 grams.
Favorite Menu Item: Quantum Pretzel, The Not So Little Chicken Sandwich (a great breaded cutlet on a small piece of bread), and The Choco Smash Candy Bar (a homemade bar with Dark Chocolate, Peanuts, Caramel, Nougat, and Chocolate Brownie).
Top Tip: Pym Test Kitchen stays open until park closing at Disney California Adventure, making it a good option for a late-night snack.
Location: Avengers Campus, California Adventure
15. Oga's Cantina
Disneyland has a knack for themed bars, so it's not surprising to see another one on this list. Oga's Cantina is the themed Star Wars bar in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland. This bar is inspired by the cantina we see in the first Star Wars film, where Luke Skywalker meets Han Solo for the first time. But the best thing about Oga's Cantina is the animatronic droid known as DJ Rex. This animatronic is a callback to the original R-3X from the Star Tours attraction before he was replaced by C-3PO.
This is a family-friendly restaurant, and you will see plenty of kids in here, but you may want to ask for a booth, as the rest of the room in the bar is standing only, and kids might not be as willing to stand as adults are. Our Oga's Cantina dining review covers all the ins and outs of the diverse menu in this Star Wars bar.
Favorite Menu Item: Yub Nub, Five Blossom Bread, Coruscant Cooler, The Grinning Loth Cat (which you can get with a fun souvenir mug!)
Top Tip: If you want to enjoy this experience with minimal wait, try to join the walk-up list as soon as you arrive at the park, or later in the evening.
Location: Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Disneyland
16. World of Color Dessert Party
The World of Color Dessert Party is the reserved viewing option for World of Color that offers seats during the show, cocktails/beverages, and a dessert plate of Disney sweets. This is the most luxurious way to view World of Color, as it's the only dining package for World of Color that offers seated viewing, making it one of our favorite ways to view the show. You can read our World of Color Dessert Party review to see why this is an experience we repeat on each visit.
Favorite Menu Item: Plate with desserts, cheeses, and bread, plus an assortment of beverages, including a World of Color seasonal cocktail.
Top Tip: The offerings of the dessert plate change during seasonal celebrations!
Location: Paradise Gardens, California Adventure
17. Lucky Fortune Cookery
Lucky Fortune Cookery is located in California Adventure and features a variety of Asian-inspired foods. This quick-service location is also known for featuring seasonal items during many of the popular festivals at California Adventure, like the Disney Festival of Holidays and the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival.

18. Centrico
Centrico is a charming open-air location offering a menu of Mexican cuisine by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán. The restaurant has an amazing ambiance positioned right in the middle of Downtown Disney, and we have really enjoyed the food here. There is seating available at the bar, tables, and around fire pits. See our experience at this new location here.
Favorite Menu Item: Fish Tacos, Guacamole
Top Tip: All of the tortillas are hand-made daily!
Location: Downtown Disney
19. Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is known for being one of the Mickey Visit best Disneyland restaurants in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. This restaurant is themed as a “farm fresh”-style restaurant, but in a galaxy far, far away. Outside dining is a great spot for taking photos, as it offers a view of the Millennium Falcon. Our review of the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge food options highlights why this is such a great themed location.
Favorite Menu Item: The Chicken Yip-Tip is a popular choice, and for vegetarians, the Felucian Kefta/Hummus Garden Spread is an option with more variety than a salad.
Top Tip: If you're looking for an easier place to get an iced coffee without a large line, get the popular Black Caf Cold Brew.
Location: Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, Disneyland
20. Golden Horseshoe
The Golden Horseshoe is a nostalgic location at Disneyland, as this building dates back to the opening of the resort in 1955. The Golden Horseshoe is the restaurant where Walt and Lillian Disney celebrated their 30th anniversary with the original Golden Horseshoe Revue. You can even see Walt Disney's private box upstairs to the right of the stage. The wall-mounted longhorns were chosen by Walt himself, and the interior of the saloon was designed by Disney legend Harper Goff based on the 1953 Doris Day film, Calamity Jane. The menu includes traditional American favorites like chicken tenders, funnel cakes, and ice cream floats.
Favorite Menu Item: Chicken Tenders and a Coca-Cola Ice Cream Float.
Top Tip: This is a great spot for an afternoon break, as there's always plenty of seating.
Location: Frontierland, Disneyland
21. Tropical Hideaway
The Tropical Hideaway is one of the best themed quick-service locations in Disneyland, located right next to the Enchanted Tiki Room. There is plenty of outdoor seating, and the ambiance of overlooking the Jungle Cruise can't be beat. This Adventureland restaurant is filled with special touches paying homage to the Enchanted Tiki Room, including an animatronic bird named Rosita. The menu here features three different flavors of the famous Dole Whip: pineapple, mango, and strawberry. You can also find Dole Whip floats here, along with small snacks.
Favorite Menu Item: The classic pineapple Dole Whip is a staple at Disneyland, but it's also fun to experiment with the different flavors and floats here. Make sure to try some of the seasonal offerings!
Top Tip: Get a spot right by the water for the best view of the Jungle Cruise and the animatronic bird Rosita.
Location: Adventureland, Disneyland
22. Harbour Galley
Harbour Galley is a quick-service spot serving seafood selections and soups/chowders in a bread bowl in New Orleans Square at Disneyland. Harbour Galley is also home to the viral Disneyland chocolate chip cookies, which are a can't-miss dessert offering!
Favorite Menu Item: Soup in a Sourdough Bread Bowl, Chocolate Chip Cookies
Top Tip: The bread bowls here are filling, making this a great place to grab dinner at a lower cost. If you visit during a time of the year with cooler temperatures, you will notice increased demand, so this is where placing a mobile order can be especially helpful. Also, the seating area behind Harbour Galley is one of the best quiet spots at Disneyland!
Location: New Orleans Square, Disneyland
23. River Belle Terrace Fantasmic Dining Package
River Belle Terrace is the perfect table service restaurant for a quick meal, especially if you're looking for a break from the parks. The menu here includes Southern comfort food favorites.
We specifically like the premium Fantasmic! dining package at this location, which includes seated viewing of the show from your table on the outdoor terrace. This Fantasmic! dining package sells out quickly. Read our review of this offering to see why it's so popular!
Favorite Menu Item: BBQ Burnt Ends Pasta

Location: Bayou Country, Disneyland
25. Ronto Roasters
Ronto Roasters is a quick-service location in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland, themed as an exotic meat stall. Ronto Wraps are a fan favorite, and these pita-filled meals are often one of the most popular food items in the land.

26. Earl of Sandwich
Earl of Sandwich is a popular location in Downtown Disney, and you'll find a variety of delicious and quality menu options here. This fan-favorite sandwich shop offers a menu of hot sandwiches, soups, salads, breakfast options, wraps, and more.
Earl of Sandwich will soon be getting a new two-story location as part of the Downtown Disney expansion.
Favorite Menu Item: Holiday Turkey. Note that Earl of Sandwich will have a limited menu as its pop-up location is open while the original location closes for its transformation into Porto's Bakery.
Top Tip: While Earl of Sandwich is an ideal location to grab an easy lunch or dinner, it's also a great option for getting a quick breakfast before entering the parks. It makes our list of the best Disneyland breakfasts ranked.
Location: Downtown Disney
27. Naples Ristorante e Bar

Naples Ristorante e Bar is the best spot to get pizza at the Disneyland Resort. This restaurant offers a wide selection of Italian-inspired dishes, including homemade pasta, appetizers, and salads, but the wood-fired pizza is what makes this spot so popular! The pizza here is delicious and served in classic Italian style. There is a large indoor dining space along with an outdoor patio.
This is our favorite pizza place in all of the Disneyland Resort, and you can see why this option is so popular with adults and kids alike in our Naples dining review.
Favorite Menu Item: Neapolitan pizza.
Top Tip: If you're looking for a grab-and-go option, there is also a quick-service option to grab pizza by the slice, sandwiches, and salads called Napolini Pizzeria.

Honorary Mention – Parkside Market
Parkside Market is a recent addition to Downtown Disney with four dining concepts: the coffee shop Sip and Sonder, GG's Chicken Shop, Seol Sister, and the second-story al fresco Vista. The three quick-service locations are great options if you need to grab food in a rush, and the second-story bar is a nice place to relax with lots of drink options and views of Downtown Disney.
Favorite Menu Item: A Serenade (coffee from Sip and Sonder), Original Fried Chicken Sandwich (from GG's Chicken Shop)
Top Tip: Leave some time to order from Sip and Sonder, as there isn't a mobile ordering option. This location is popular, especially in the mornings.
Location: Downtown Disney
Mickey Visit Best Disneyland Restaurants: Top Snacks!
We also cannot ignore the great variety of snack carts you can find around both Disneyland and California Adventure. These famous Disneyland food items deserve an honorary mention.
Mickey Mouse Pretzel
You can't have a trip to Disneyland without eating an iconic Mickey pretzel! These Mickey-shaped pretzels are a favorite of many Disney guests. Get them with a cup of premium plastic cheese (who can deny this is the best?) and get the full experience. These also make for a quick and affordable snack option.
You can find Mickey pretzels primarily in Disneyland.
Disneyland Popcorn
Disneyland popcorn is a staple snack food at the parks. This freshly popped popcorn is located all over both Disneyland and California Adventure.
Another fun aspect of the popcorn at Disneyland is the chance to collect special souvenir popcorn buckets, which are released for special celebrations and seasonal events. These popcorn buckets are a popular collector's item, and many of these are pretty elaborate and light up!
You can find popcorn carts scattered around both Disneyland and California Adventure.
Disneyland Churros
My favorite breakfast option at Disneyland? A churro, of course. There is nothing better than a Disneyland churro—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Nothing else can compete; you cannot miss out on trying one of these. The standard churro flavor is cinnamon, which is a classic, but you can also find specialty churros, too.
Disneyland releases a large variety of churros for each season, like Halloween and Christmas, along with special churros to celebrate events like new Disney films or park anniversaries. These special churros are often drizzled in chocolate or other sauces/frostings and incorporate nuts/candy—you name it! One of my favorite flavors over the years was the Sugar Plum Churro released for Christmas. I am always hoping that one will return!
You can find churro carts scattered around both Disneyland and California Adventure.
Mickey Beignet
Mickey beignets are another traditional Disney snack that you cannot skip on your vacation. These beignets are made by cutting Mickey-shaped pieces of dough, deep frying them, and topping them off with confectioners' sugar. And like with most things at Disneyland, everything Mickey-shaped just tastes better! You can currently find Mickey beignets at Mint Julep Bar, which is connected to Tiana's Palace.
Harbour Galley Cookies
The viral Chocolate Chip Cookies from Harbour Galley have stolen the hearts of fans and are a popular Disneyland treat. These cookies are ideally sized and perfectly soft, a clear winner in our opinion against any other cookie you will find at Disneyland.
They come in a 6-pack or 13-pack and now come with the option to add a cookie butter whipped topping. This is the perfect choice if you're looking for something sweet and great for sharing!
Dole Whip
Dole Whips are another classic Disney treat that is a must-have for every Disneyland vacation. Dole Whips are essentially Dole pineapple soft serve, and they are one of the most popular Disney dessert items. - Peanut Butter Squares (Mickey Visit favorite!)
- Churro Toffee (Mickey Visit favorite!)
- Cookies
All these candy shops have large windows where you can watch the cast members making the latest treats. These Disney candy/sweet shops will also feature themed cake pops, cookies, etc., for seasonal holidays and celebrations, so you can expect to see different themed items year-round.
