Walt Disney World Resort is home to four theme parks, two water parks, a shopping and dining district, and more than 25 hotels owned by Disney. Walt Disney World is roughly the same size as the city of San Francisco, covering about 40 square miles. Walt Disney World also offers many recreational experiences outside of their theme parks from golf courses, horseback riding, fishing, boating, and more.

The most major projects coming to Walt Disney World in the next few years includes major expansions and land overhauls in Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios.

Many of these projects are set to begin construction in 2025.
