New Disney World Adults-Only Lounge Inside the Theme Park- Menu, $180+ Fireworks Viewing, and Opening Date

A new adults-only lounge is opening soon at Walt Disney World with fireworks views plus a luxurious menu including a drink selection with hard to come by bourbon and high-end cocktails.

Walt Disney World does not have many places that are adults-only especially in the theme parks so this new lounge has created a buzz as Disney moves forward with this kids-free space. We just got the full menu including an opening date plus details on a wildly expensive fireworks package.

GEO-82 Adults-Only Lounge Opening Date

The new adults-only lounge, GEO-82, opens June 4th at EPCOT with reservations available May 6th. This new lounge located inside Spaceship Earth offers views of both the World Celebration gardens and World Showcase Lagoon.

While the adults-only limitation might be frustrating to some families, the appeal here is for adults that enjoy spending time in EPCOT which is easily the most popular for that demographic. There are few adult-only experiences at Walt Disney World especially within the theme parks. This isn’t the only lounge opening at Walt Disney World, later this year a Pirates of the Caribbean lounge will open in Magic Kingdom that will be open to all ages.

The menu for GEO-82 and the premium fireworks viewing is all about luxury which offers a great experience for adults looking for a quiet place in EPCOT and high end experiences. But unfortunately, that means access to those fireworks views comes at a price.

New EPCOT Lounge Offering Luxury Fireworks Viewing

Well, if we thought the firework views at GEO-82 were just going to be a natural perk of the lounge, think again. To access these coveted firework views, guests will have to pay a premium price for the GEO-82 Fireworks Experience.

The price tag for this experience is high at $179 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Guests will be seated at a private table by the window and also includes:

  • Champagne that’s specially selected by sommeliers at Walt Disney World Resort (or event-exclusive cocktails, if you prefer)
  • A tasting tower of savory light bites, available before Luminous The Symphony of Us begins
  • A selection of sweets during Luminous The Symphony of Us

While this sounds like a premium experience, which there certainly is an audience for, I am disappointed to see the firework views of GEO-82 put behind a paywall. They also noted that the availability for this experience is very limited as it appears they are only selling the tables directly next to the windows. Ironically, that will also make these dining reservations really hard to get and might even outpace the the difficulty of the Space 220 Lounge reservations. When something is more limited and hard to get, that in itself might increase popularity.

Luxury appears to be the major theme at GEO-82 because the drink menu they released is quite impressive although we hope those prices aren’t as high as this fireworks experience!

High End Cocktails and Appetizers at GEO-82

Cocktail EPCOT

Walt Disney World also released the drink and appetizer menu for GEO-82 which includes custom cocktails, zero proof options plus a specialty bourbon flight. This might go overlooked by some guests but for bourbon experts this flight includes some hard to come by options like Blanton’s Gold Single Barrel and Stagg Private Barrel. The option to enjoy these luxury bourbons in a theme park is just another way to elevate the Walt Disney World dining experience, like when this notable resort Disney resot restaurant retained its MICHELIN star rating.

With that being said, let’s get into the full menu released for GEO-82.
