Docking Bay 7 is a Star Wars-themed quick-service restaurant in Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park. The story behind the restaurant is that it’s a working hangar bay, where Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs prepares exotic offerings that he has come up with from his planet-hopping travels. There is also an outdoor seating area situated within the “crumbling” walls of the old marketplace. Docking Bay 7 offers a small lunch and dinner menu with some of the most relatively healthy options you’ll find at Disneyland.
