Trader Sam's Disneyland Pupu Platter

Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar offers a generous selection of Polynesian-inspired bites and appetizers, as well as a menu of tropical specialty drinks. Some of these specialty drinks trigger special effects in the bar, like the Uh-Oa!, Krakatoa Punch, and Shipwreck on the Rocks. There are also non-alcoholic options available. The location is open to all (including kids) until 8:00 PM, and after that point, it is guests ages 21+ only. The bar has indoor and outdoor seating, but the special effects and theming take place inside the bar.

Menu: Official Disneyland restaurant menu

Popular Dishes:

  • Wagyu Hawaiian Cheeseburger: Served with Grilled Pineapple, Applewood-smoked Bacon, Havarti, Sweet-and-Spicy Spread, served with choice of Sweet Potato Fries or French Fries
  • Pupu Platter: Pork Gyoza, Tempura-battered Green Beans, Shrimp Tempura and spiced Dry-rub Chicken Wings, served with Togarashi Aïoli
  • Shichimi-spiced Dry-rub Chicken Wings: served with Togarashi Aïoli

Key Tips: Order one of the special drinks that trigger effects throughout the bar! For example, when you order the Uh-Oa!, it will trigger special lighting effects, everyone will start chanting, “Uh-oa!”, and the Cast Members will spray water in the air as “rain.” During the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, there is a special mixology class offered in this setting.
