Din Tai Fung Food

Din Tai Fung offers a large menu of lunch and dinner options, including appetizers, Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), steamed dumplings and buns, wontons, greens, specialties, noodles, noodle soups, wok-fried offerings, desserts, and beverages. The restaurant is famous for its signature Xiao Long Bao, which are folded by hand 8 times and weighed to precisely 21 grams.
