New Merchandise Debuts for The Lion King 30th Anniversary at Animal Kingdom

This is a big summer for Disney World with multiple exciting new additions and special offerings in store! In just a few weeks, Tiana's Bayou Adventure will be opening, and next month the reimagined Country Bear Musical Jamboree will debut.

Disney World previously announced some special offerings for the summer including a new Encanto show at EPCOT, a new Inside Out character experience at Hollywood Studios, and special offerings coming to Animal Kingdom to celebrate the 30th anniversary of The Lion King.

Animal Kingdom 30th Anniversary Lion King Merchandise

For the 30th anniversary of The Lion King, guests can explore a new collection of merchandise inspired by the film. There are two locations for The Lion King anniversary merchandise offerings: Mombasa Marketplace and Island Mercantile. When we visited there was plenty of availability for the Pumbaa popcorn bucket.

Here is a look at some of the merchandise offerings at Mombasa Market including apparel, mugs, and a 30th anniversary musical figure of Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa.

This is an impressive collection of merch that seems to be popular as folks of all ages connect to The Lion King. You can also ask to see collectible pins behind the register.

There is also artwork for purchase like this stunning Thomas Kinkade painting depicting the iconic Circle of Life moment!
