This movie introduced some of the most beloved Disney characters of all time, and Animal Kingdom will be honoring its anniversary with offerings across the entire park.

Lion King 30th Anniversary Celebration at Animal Kingdom
The Lion King 30th anniversary celebration will take place across the entire Animal Kingdom park from June 10 through September 6.
During the celebration, guests will be able to explore a new merchandise collection as well as special menu items (with more details on the treats to be shared soon). At Rafiki's Planet Watch, guests will also be able to meet two favorite characters from The Lion King, Timon and Rafiki, with meeting times available on the My Disney Experience app. While you are at Rafiki's Planet Watch, you can also learn how to draw characters from The Lion King at Animation Experience.
