Disney Springs in Walt Disney World is home to many fantastic dining locations, ranging from great table service restaurants that people miss completely to big, iconic, fun locations that members of our team enjoy every visit. There are also a number of quick service restaurants that bring similarly unique concepts, but these are often overlooked.
Recently, we enjoyed a great quick service restaurant tucked into a back corner of Disney Springs that you would easily walk right by. This was a nice meal after a day of park touring and before heading back to our stay at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside. Mickey Visit brings you the latest Disney news and planning resources, including new Monsters, Inc. land details and our recommendation for a breakfast option at one of our favorite Disney World hotels.

Great Quick Service Restaurant in Disney Springs
Located just between Earl of Sandwich and the Disney’s Days of Christmas store on the Marketplace side of Disney Springs, the EET Indian restaurant occupies the space of a previous Wolfgang Puck Express restaurant.
EET by Maneet Chauhan serves a fresh variety of Build Your Own Bowl meals and other Indian fusion specialties. It’s a fast-casual restaurant where you order at a counter, and then servers bring the food to you at your seat or give you a buzzer to retrieve your food back at the counter.
We recently tried quite a few menu items at EET and enjoyed all of them. The Indian food was fresh and filling.
Here’s a look at the variety of options on the menu. This is like an Indian version of Chipotle with a mix of bowls, salads, burritos, and breads. There is even a pizza on a naan bread.
The variety here is impressive. It’s like an Indian fusion restaurant that bridges a number of American cuisines with the Indian flavors.

We ordered multiple Build Your Own Bowls.
EET’s Build Your Own Bowls start with base options: cumin basmati rice, turmeric-riced cauliflower, fresh salad greens, and vegetable fried rice.
Next, you pick your kabab, with options of tandoori chicken, paneer tikka, basil-cilantro rice, masala roasted cauliflower, and masala falafel. There are then a number of different sauce options. The bowls already come with pickled red cabbage, Indian pico de Gallo, and masala chickpea peals.
You can add a piece of naan bread and a soft drink as a combo to make this a meal.

In addition to our bowls, we ordered the Harmonious Quesadilla, which comes on naan with mozzarella cheese, pork chili, and Indian Pico de Gallo, and is served with tortilla chips.
Here’s a look at the bread service, which comes with pimento whipped paneer. This is a sampler of buttered naan, garlic naan, pimento whipped paneer cheese, masala vegetable sticks, and Indian pickle.
When we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, it was toward the end of the operating hours, after 9 P.M. I know that earlier in the evening, this location is more popular and can draw a bit of a crowd.
I would recommend EET by Maneet Chauhan as a great stop for food outside of the theme parks, or if opting not to dine at a table service restaurant when you head to Disney Springs. That said, the restaurant atmosphere is relaxed and can be a place for a long meal if you are looking for something between full table service and fast quick service. The restaurant is definitely a more notable meal compared to the nearby Earl of Sandwich, which we also recommend, though the sandwiches feel more casual than this location.
Overall, the food at EET is something different and tasty that many walk right by in Disney Springs. We recommend a stop here for a taste of this Indian fusion cuisine.
This was a great way to end our evening after eating lunch later in the afternoon, which caused us to need a later dinner. We enjoyed the food and then hopped on the boat back to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside.
