Disney Springs Food Trucks Closing Soon

Food trucks have been a decade-long staple at Disney Springs with a lineup of alternating food trucks over the years in Exposition Park on the West Side of the complex. When they first opened they were operated by Disney, but now they are all run by third parties.
Unfortunately for those who enjoyed eating from these food trucks, they are now reportedly closing in mid-June, though we have not yet received confirmation on this closure. That closure includes these three food trucks:
- 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck− Tempt your taste buds with authentic yet innovative Mexican-inspired dishes, including the iconic Taco Cone and new beef barria dishes.
- Cilantro Urban Eatery Food Truck− Go on a culinary expedition exploring Latin American flavors at this family-owned business. Indulge yourself with The Sandwich Cubano, Ropa Vieja, Arepas, Tostadas and the signature dish—Puerto-rrito. This multi-cultural menu will stimulate your senses!
- GoJuice– Stop by for a refreshing pick-me-up. Sip on cool beverages and flavorful smoothies—like the Beach Bum or the Green Machine. Or, enjoy a creamy açai bowl.

While the lineup for food trucks in Exposition Park has changed over the years, these three are currently operating in Disney Springs, and will be the last food trucks to operate there. After they are taken out, the lot will be turned into a seating area for guests. This news was first reported by WDW Magic.

Removing the food trucks at Disney Springs shows a new direction that Disney might be taking with the complex. WDW Magic suggested that this space could become an expanded seating area.
There have been several new additions planned for Disney Springs this summer, including a new Level99 location, a new savory bakery from the owners of Gideon’s Bakehouse, and a new retail store to fill the space vacated by one of the previously mentioned closures.
