Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Room Types
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn has a total of 378 rooms. This includes standard rooms, club-level rooms and suites, deluxe studios, and villas. While all of these room types come with standard Walt Disney World Resort hotel amenities, they also have their own additional amenities.
Standard Rooms sleep up to 5 adults. These rooms are equipped with a beverage cooler, coffee maker, flat-panel television, bathroom amenities, a hairdryer, handheld steamer, in-room safe, patio or balcony, and a telephone with voicemail.
In addition to these amenities, Club Level Rooms and Suites also have personalized front desk and Guest services, access to Concierge Service at the Innkeeper’s Club, complimentary health club access, continental breakfast, midday snacks, and evening wine with cheese cordials and dessert. Club Level Guests also have secured key access to the club-level lounge. Refreshments are served at the lounge from 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. daily. These rooms can sleep up to 8 adults.
Deluxe Studios sleep up to 5 adults and have the addition of a coffee and tea setup, iron and ironing board, microwave, plates, bowls, utensils, a small refrigerator, and a toaster.
Villas are the largest room type, sleeping up to 12 adults in separate bedrooms. Villas are equipped with full kitchens. These kitchens include dishes, glasses, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and toaster. Villas are also known for their spacious living areas. Guests staying in villas also have their own private washer and dryer.
In addition to different room types, there are also different views to choose from.
- Resort View rooms have views of Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Gardens, leisure pool, resort grounds, or parking area.
- Water View rooms have views of Disney’s BoardWalk or Disney’s Crescent Lake.
- Boardwalk View rooms have views of Disney’s BoardWalk.
Average Cost of Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
The cost to stay at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn varies depending on room type, view, and time of year of the reservation.
- Standard Rooms start at $667 per night for a Resort View room and can go as high as $1,235 per night for a Water View room.
- Club Level Rooms start at $952 per night for a Resort View room and can go up to $2,100 for a Garden View room.
- Suites range from $2,232 per night for a 2-Bedroom Suite and go up to $4,940 per night for the Sonora VP Suite.
Prices fluctuate throughout the year. Higher prices can be expected during busier times of the year, specifically around major holidays and holiday weekends. During the slower times of the year, prices are generally lower.

One Unique Thing
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn does not simply have a boardwalk theme, it has its very own boardwalk. Disney’s BoardWalk gives Guests of the hotel many of the same experiences as Disney Springs but in their own backyard. The boardwalk, which stretches ¼ mile, has a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Guests can enjoy snacks, lite bites, or full meals, surrey bike rides along the water, a drink at the bar, and night life activities. There’s something for Guests of all ages to enjoy at Disney’s BoardWalk.
Dining Options at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
Guests staying at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn have access to snacks, quick service meals, bars, lounges, and full service restaurants.
- AbracadaBar – This magician-themed bar has great ambiance and a menu of delightful concoctions.
- Belle Vue Lounge – This lounge is themed to a 1930s sitting room. Drinks can be enjoyed indoors, where there’s comfy furniture and radios playing programs from the time, or you can venture out to socialize on the verandah.
- BoardWalk Deli – The BoardWalk Deli offers a variety of sandwiches, subs, salads, and delicious sides.
- BoardWalk Ice Cream – Grab a refreshing treat for your stroll along the boardwalk at BoardWalk Ice Cream. Here, Guests can enjoy ice cream and specialty sundaes.
- BoardWalk Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas – This counter service restaurant features frozen margaritas, piña coladas, and a specialty alcoholic smoothie. Snacks, such as Mickey pretzels and nachos, are also available.
- Carousel Coffee – This coffee shop serves coffee drinks, teas, and pastries.
- Flying Fish – Flying Fish features dishes that are not only delectable but also visually appealing. Guests can watch as the chefs piece together these pieces of art in the open kitchen.
- Funnel Cake Cart – Fresh hot funnel cakes can be purchased at the Funnel Cake Cart. Funnel Cakes can be topped with powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle, or paired with ice cream.
- Leaping Horse Libations – Located near Luna Park Pool, this carousel-themed bar offers a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and sangria.
- Pizza Window – The name says it all. Grab a slice of delicious, warm pizza at the walk-up window. Enjoy it as you walk the boardwalk or take a seat and relax while you eat.
- Trattoria al Forno – Enjoy Italian dishes at this casual eatery for breakfast or dinner. Many of the items on the menu are made with authentic ingredients and recipes from Milan and Rome.
Transportation at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
Buses are the main form of transportation at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. However, boats and the Skyliner can also be used to get to select locations.

Guests of Disney’s BoardWalk Inn can also use the Skyliner to visit any of the resorts that are along the route. This includes Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney’s Riviera Resort. Those wishing to visit Disney’s Yacht Club Resort can do so by boat.
All other Walt Disney World Resort hotels can be accessed via bus. To do so, Guests must first take a bus to Disney Springs. From there, a transfer can be made to the resort bus of your choice.
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Pools
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn has a total of three pools on property.
Luna Park Pool is a 184,217 gallon pool that has a 200-foot-long water slide and fun carnival theme. Besides the main pool, a whirlpool spa and kiddie pool can also be found in the Luna Park Pool area. This makes it an ideal place for everyone in your party, adults and children alike.
Those who are wanting a more relaxing pool day can head to the leisure pools. There are two leisure pools at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. One is located on the south of Luna Park Pool, while the other is on the east side of the resort. In addition to the quieter environment, the leisure pools also have whirlpool spas, which provides even more opportunities to relax.
