As Walt Disney Imagineering develops major new rides for Disneyland and Walt Disney World, the artists building the future of Disney theme parks are also busy with their food & beverage partners to bring new dining experiences to guests. These include everything from a turn-of-the-century lounge to a recreation of a restaurant from Monsters, Inc., all expected, or at one point announced, to open in the coming year.
Disney is opening 11 new dining locations at its theme parks and resort destinations. Below, we mapped out all of them and what to expect from each experience, along with construction progress and projected opening date timeframes when applicable. Bopo Go! (Downtown Disney)
Bopo Go! is coming to Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort in California.
This new concept comes from the creators of the Southern California chain Bopomofo Café. Inspired by the charm of Asian convenience stores, Bopo Go! will serve boba tea and light bites made from all-natural ingredients.

Disney has not announced an opening date for Bopo Go! It takes the place of Jamba, which closed in July 2026.
Hurly-Burly (Disney’s BoardWalk)
Hurly-Burly is coming to Disney’s BoardWalk at Walt Disney World in Florida.
This multipurpose dining location will be themed as an old theater being brought back to business decades after it was last occupied. During the daytime, Hurly-Burly will be open to guests of all ages and will feature trivia. After 9:00 PM, Hurly-Burly will only be open to guests ages 21+ and will feature a live band. Hurly-Burly will open on October 1, 2026. It takes the place of Jellyrolls, which closed in April 2025. Jellyrolls is opening a new location outside of Disney World.

The Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up (Magic Kingdom)
The Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up is coming to Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
This saloon-themed venue has previously served an all-you-care-to-enjoy meal. The limited-time Pop-Up will instead serve drinks and light bites, including a new take on Magic Kingdom’s famous mini corn dogs. The Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up follows a trend of more lounge-like spaces in Disney theme parks. See the full menu with photos for The Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up.
The Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up will open on October 4, 2026. This follows the closure of the limited-time entertainment offering, Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Revue!, which was part of Cool KIDS’ SUMMER.
Casa Giulia and Giulia Express (Disney Village)
Casa Giulia and Giulia Express are coming to Disney Village at Disneyland Paris.
Operated by Bertrand Hospitality, the table service Casa Giulia restaurant and the quick service Giulia Express will both serve Italian cuisine. Their openings are part of an ongoing transformation of Disney Village, Disneyland Paris’s equivalent of Downtown Disney.
Casa Giulia and Giulia Express will open in late 2026.
Bountiful Valley Brews (Disney California Adventure)
Bountiful Valley Brews is coming to Disney California Adventure at Disneyland Resort.
This new kiosk will serve light bites and drinks. Its name is a nod to Bountiful Valley Farm, a defunct area of Disney California Adventure. We anticipate Bountiful Valley Brews to be located between Carthay Circle Theatre and the main entrance to Cars Land. See construction progress for the future location.
Bountiful Valley Brews will open sometime in 2026.
Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon (Downtown Disney)
Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon is coming to Downtown Disney.
This full-service steakhouse comes from Michelin-starred Chef Joe Isidori and already has locations in New York and the Hamptons. We captured the above photo of the future location of Arthur & Sons in July 2026. See more construction progress.
Disney has not announced an opening date for Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon. It will share a building with Pearl’s Roadside BBQ (see below). The building takes the place of Torilla Jo’s, which closed in April 2024.
Pearl’s Roadside BBQ (Downtown Disney)
Pearl’s Roadside BBQ is coming to Downtown Disney.
It will operate as a quick service restaurant from Michelin-starred Chef Joe Isidori, the same culinary curator behind Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon (see above). These two future Downtown Disney restaurants will share a building. Pearl’s will serve pulled pork, beef brisket, and smoked wings.
Disney has not announced an opening date for Pearl’s Roadside BBQ.
Harryhausen’s (Disney’s Hollywood Studios)
Harryhausen’s is coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World as part of the new Monstropolis land, themed to Monsters, Inc.
This table service restaurant recreates the setting of Mike and Celia’s sushi date from Monsters, Inc. The restaurant will be very detailed, adhering to the high standards of Imagineers’ vision for Monstropolis. An Audio-Animatronics octopus will even “prepare” guests’ food in the corner!
Harryhausen’s will open sometime in 2027. It replaces Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano, which closed in May 2025.
Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza (Disney’s Hollywood Studios)
Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza is coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios as part of Monstropolis.
This quick service restaurant is named after Archie, the mascot of Monsters University’s rival, Fear Tech. We expect it to serve standard Disney World counter service pizza, though there may be a few creative surprises, given the high bar set for Monstropolis.
Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza will open sometime in 2027. It replaces PizzeRizzo, which closed in May 2025.
Porto’s Bakery & Café (Downtown Disney)
Porto’s Bakery & Café is coming to Downtown Disney.
This highly popular Southern California chain of Cuban pastries has been in the works for years. Construction is underway for what will be a massive, two-story Porto’s on the eastern edge of Downtown Disney, close to the main entrance of Disney California Adventure. In the concept art above, the building at the top is Soarin’.
Disney has not announced an opening date for Porto’s Bakery & Café.
Tropical Americas Quick Service Restaurant (Disney’s Animal Kingdom)
A quick service restaurant is coming to the new Tropical Americas land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
Near the upcoming Encanto and Indiana Jones rides, a quick service restaurant that Disney describes as a hacienda will invite guests to take a break from the exciting new attractions. Disney hasn’t revealed the name or menu of this dining location, but it will be one of the largest quick service restaurants in Disney World. It takes the place of Restaurantosaurus, which closed in February 2026.
Disney previously announced that Tropical Americas would open in 2027, but the company hasn’t mentioned that timeframe when discussing the project recently. We would love it if this opened in the next year, but we don’t yet know for sure.
