New Concept Replacing Downtown Disney Tenant of 23 Years
Jamba permanently closed at Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort in July 2026. The location, formerly known as Jamba Juice, first opened in 2003, so it had been around almost since Downtown Disney’s 2001 debut. As a franchise, Jamba continues to operate nationwide. It was only its Disney location that closed.

As previously announced, a new concept called Bopo Go! will replace Jamba’s spot at Downtown Disney, between SEPHORA and Pandora Jewelry.
Bopo Go! is a spinoff of Bopomofo Café, a Southern California chain that started in San Gabriel. Bopomofo Café serves food and beverages inspired by owners Eric and Philip Wang’s Chinese, Taiwanese, and American backgrounds. One of Bopomofo Café’s signatures is an extensive menu of different teas made from all-natural ingredients.
With the new Bopo Go! concept at Downtown Disney, the Wangs were inspired by the charm of Asian convenience stores.
“Across Taiwan and much of Asia, convenience stores are a hub for everyday life, places where locals and tourists alike pick up fuel for their day, find novelty on the shelves and menus, and satisfy late-night cravings,” the Bopo Go! website says. “This was the perfect inspiration for a new concept in a place as special as Downtown Disney.”

Disney previously revealed that the specialties of Bopo Go! will be boba tea, juices, and matcha. Just announced, Bopo Go! will also serve light bites like elevated cup noodles, egg salad sandwiches, and imported snacks and candies. The full menu has not been shared yet.
Bopo Go! launched a new Instagram page, which revealed the above concept art for its exterior. The real thing will look a little bit different in the background, as the dining location sits directly in front of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel.
The clever Bopo Go! logo, designed by Jennet Liaw, imagines the exclamation point in the location’s name as the straw of a cup of tea.
An opening date for Bopo Go! has not been revealed.
Bopo Go! is one of many new dining locations in the works at Downtown Disney. Other projects include a full-service steakhouse, a barbecue restaurant, and the highly anticipated arrival of Porto’s Bakery & Café, the crowd-pleasing Cuban pastry chain.
