There are many great Disneyland restaurants to choose from during your trip. I am consistently trying all the best food at Disneyland restaurants and the restaurants around the resort. There is one restaurant that I have enjoyed for nearly 25 years across my entire time visiting Disneyland.
This sit-down breakfast is included with some hotel stays here and for others is a worthwhile option if you are staying here or nearby. Somehow I have never written a stand-alone review of this breakfast option even though it is truly one of my favorites. The food, service, and atmosphere never disappoint. Best Hotel Breakfast Option Near Disneyland
I grew up visiting Disneyland every single year for my birthday from when I was just four years old. We would make the trip down from the San Francisco Bay Area. Each time we stayed at the Hilton Anaheim. From those very early days, we loved the Hilton Anaheim restaurant that is just off the lobby area.

My dad is a Hilton Honors member, so we always stayed here and enjoyed the lobby restaurant breakfast. I have such fond memories of eating here.
The Hilton Anaheim recently went through a huge overhaul that upgraded every aspect of the hotel. They completed major renovations on the guest rooms, pool area, lobby, and restaurant spaces. The restaurant is now called Calla’s and offers the same great breakfast menu and buffet. I enjoyed many breakfasts in a row here during the recent Disney D23 Ultimate Fan Event, which took place right next door at the Anaheim Convention Center.
The restaurant has been through many different names and layouts during that time, but the food quality and attentive staff have remained the same. Quite literally, we had the same server year after year during our visits. She would remember that it was my birthday. The entire staff is wonderful. After that previous server retired, we have had multiple great other servers who have adopted us for the length of our stay during visits.
During my recent visit, I realized that I had never fully captured how much I enjoy this breakfast. This is my full review looking at the different restaurant offerings here.
For some guests with Hilton status, the breakfast is included, and for many it is an extra cost. Based on my own personal experience here, I had to spotlight how delightful this Calla’s breakfast at the Hilton is. The breakfast is a great option for anyone staying at a nearby hotel to pop over into if you are looking for a more relaxed morning option.

They offer a variety of classic breakfast dishes in addition to a hearty buffet. Here’s a look at the current menu.
My main order each day was their Farmer’s Market Omelet. It had a variety of vegetables and breakfast potatoes.
It also came with an English Muffin or choice of toast. For some reason, having an English Muffin here just tastes better than what I have had at home.
We also tried the Pistachio Coffee Bread. It was really good. Strong flavor of pistachio here!
The buffet has bread products, pastries, hot food, oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit.
We loved the fresh fruit and oatmeal from the buffet. If you order from the buffet, you can also order an omelete.

On Sundays, they have fairies going around making free balloon animals for kids.
We also returned for lunch one day during D23 and enjoyed a great mixed couscous bowl. I didn’t like the burger as much. If you are looking for a good lunch near this block of hotels, it is worth popping in here as well. You can also order from the hotel lobby bar.

Mickey Visit was hosted at Hilton Anaheim during the D23 Expo. We have stayed at the hotel for many, many years on our own. All opinions are our own. It was wonderful to be back at the Hilton Anaheim. It truly is the best hotel for those who are both going to Disneyland and attending a convention.
