Disneyland is known for its fun references across its theme parks, with some in plain sight and others more subtle. You might have never noticed some of these references, like popular characters hidden on the Disneyland map across certain areas of the park and near attractions.
From searching for Hidden Mickeys to spotting some of the park's overlooked details, there is always so much to explore at Disneyland that might not be immediately obvious.
Today we have some fun hidden characters on the Disneyland app map that we need to share with you. We'll share all of these characters and then share a video showing all of the hidden characters on the map at the bottom of this post.

Hidden Characters On the Disneyland Map
These hidden characters can be a bit hard to see, so we recommend zooming in all the way, taking a screenshot of the area where the character appears, and zooming in further on the screenshot for a better view. We will point out seven hidden characters on the Disneyland map that you've probably never noticed until now!
Avengers Campus at Disney's California Adventure
At Avengers Campus, there are a couple of Disney characters hidden close by each other on the map that you might have missed. On the Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! tower, if you zoom in, you'll spot Rocket towards the middle of the attraction:
Then, look for baby Groot towards the left side of the tower:

Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure Park
If you're looking at the Pixar Pier section of the Disney California Adventure map, keep an eye out for Buzz Lightyear near Señor Buzz Churros:
San Fransokyo at Disney California Adventure Park
At San Fransokyo Square, you can spot Baymax on the map waving from behind the meet-and-greet area! See our photo tour of San Fransokyo Square and our review of the new food items offered.
Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland Park
At Galaxy's Edge, Disneyland Park's Star Wars-themed land, you'll find three hidden characters together on the map. Near Droid Depot, you'll spot the two droids R2D2 and R5D4 next to each other, along with a Viper probe droid behind them:
Also in Galaxy's Edge, keep an eye out for this Stormtrooper hidden on the map. We love this random one!
