La Poutinerie Replacing Refreshment Port at EPCOT

La Poutinerie before and after

Refreshment Port was a food window located near the Canada Pavilion in World Showcase at EPCOT and known for its varieties of poutine, the Canadian dish of French fries, cheese curds, and gravy.

Refreshment Port closed in January 2026 for Disney to transform it into La Poutinerie, a new establishment repurposing much of its predecessor’s infrastructure.

As seen in concept art, flourishes of Canadian imagery are being added to the otherwise bland exterior of the former Refreshment Port. La Poutinerie will feature a small maple tree, statues of flying geese, and emblems of the Canadian flag’s red leaf. Columns on the side will also sport rockwork instead of unthemed cement.

Disney shared that the opening date for La Poutinerie will be July 1, 2026.

This opening date comes during a lull in EPCOT’s calendar of seasonal festivals, as the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival wrapped up on June 1 and the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival doesn’t begin until August 27.

Air Canada will be the new sponsor of La Poutinerie.

The poutine items on the La Poutinerie menu are eligible Disney World’s Quick-Service Dining Plan. See the full menu with pricing for La Poutinerie below.
