Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge will open at Walt Disney World, specifically across the lake from Magic Kingdom, on July 1, 2027. This nature-themed hotel will include rooms subtly inspired by the aesthetics of Fantasia, Bambi, Pocahontas, Brother Bear, and Encanto. The resort’s standout accommodations are its lake houses, located directly on the shores of Bay Lake.

Now that reservations have launched, we can see how much money it will cost to stay in each room type at Lakeshore Lodge, including the Lake Houses. These costs were not known until now, and they confirm that Lakeshore Lodge’s prices meet the criteria of a “deluxe” Disney World hotel, the most expensive tier, above moderate and value. This is consistent with other Disney resorts that offer Disney Vacation Club memberships.

Below, we share details and pricing for each room type. The prices we list may fluctuate slightly. They are the result of a spot-check we performed by querying multiple dates in a mock checkout on Disney World’s website, intentionally selecting dates in different times of the year to find the starting base price. Prices increase from the costs listed below based on date.
