Sneaky Good Disney California Adventure Quick Service Breakfast I Almost Skipped
After an exciting morning of rope-dropping your favorite attractions, it can be overwhelming to choose where to get breakfast with the number of great options available. In Disney California Adventure, there is a quick-service breakfast that I almost skipped on a recent visit, but I ended up giving it a try and am glad I did.
In Avengers Campus, you've likely walked by Shawarma Palace, a quick-service location that serves hand-held wraps with delicious fillings. However, I was surprised by the quality of the breakfast, which was too good not to share with you all. Check out our guide to the best Disneyland breakfasts here.

Best Underrated Breakfast at Disney California Adventure
Shawarma Palace serves the breakfast option the “Impossible Breakfast Sha-warm-up,” which is a plant-based breakfast sausage and egg omelet wrap with dairy-free American Cheese and crispy potato bites, served with spiced maple syrup.
The Breakfast Sha-warm-up is not something that I would usually purchase because it is plant-based, but we were starving after rope dropping in Disney California Adventure, and I just needed food.
The breakfast turned out to be a great combination of savory and sweet flavors that perfectly hit the spot. I found it was not too heavy like the breakfast chimichanga found in Disneyland Park and instead was a much easier food to enjoy.
I liked the combination of the egg, sausage, and syrup the most about this breakfast treat. I haven't seen this shared anywhere as a breakfast treat, so I thought it was definitely worthwhile to share it as a great option for a quick breakfast in Disney California Adventure. Combine this with one of the bananas off the food carts, and you are in pretty good shape for an on-the-go breakfast! For a bigger breakfast, we recommend the Lamplight Lounge Brunch or the Grand Californian Craftsman Grill.
