9. Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance and Waterpark

Courtyard Marriott

The Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance and Waterpark is another popular hotel near Disneyland that made the list. The water park for the Courtyard by Marriott Anaheim Theme Park Entrance is known for its amazing water park area, which has a view of Disneyland.

In the above picture, you can even see Space Mountain in the distance. This hotel is perfect for all ages, with a large splash pad for younger kids, two large water slides for older kids, plus a pool and hot tub. We recently shared how this hotel is better than the Disneyland Hotel for many. The hotel also offers brand new rooms and is located directly across the street from Disneyland. CLICK HERE TO BOOK >

8. Disneyland Hotel

One of the on-property Disneyland hotels made the list, and it’s the original Disneyland Hotel. This hotel offers the immersive “Stay in the Magic” experience. The Disneyland Hotel is connected to Downtown Disney, and guests can walk to the Disneyland entrance in the Disneyland bubble.

The hotel also features a great pool area and Disney-themed rooms. The Disneyland Hotel leans into its own history and plays on our nostalgia for the resort without feeling forced. This is a great hotel for a first-time visitor to Disneyland who wants to experience the history during an immersive Disneyland stay. CLICK HERE TO BOOK>

7. Delta Hotels by Marriott Anaheim

Delta Hotels by Marriott Anaheim was more of a surprise on this list because it is a 7-minute drive down Harbor Boulevard. We actually haven’t stayed here and reviewed this property, but when we saw it was on this list we booked it for later this summer to check out the property. This is a newer build hotel that is a more affordable option. It also includes a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland which many like. This is especially important since the local shuttle service is no longer in operation.

This hotel offers a free breakfast buffet, which is always a great perk for visiting Disneyland. The breakfast even includes made to order eggs. I am quite excited to try this when I visit and report back. There is also free parking. Plus, this hotel offers a fourth night free when booked through our travel partner, Get Away Today. The hotel generally gives our readers and people who book with Get Away Today a ton of extra perks which may have pushed it to be one of the top 10 booked hotels near Disneyland. CLICK HERE TO BOOK>

6. Residence Inn Anaheim Resort Area

Residence Inn Anaheim Resort is another hotel that offers a free breakfast buffet, which is one of the best perks to find at a local Disneyland hotel. Each guestroom comes equipped with a full kitchen for guests who want to eat at their hotel. Suites are available that can hold large families. The suites here are particular popular. This is another entry on the list that surprised me a little bit because it is further out in Garden Grove. This hotel again stands out for being a great option for big families.

The public areas available to guests include an amazing outdoor pool, BBQ area, a basketball court, and more. Plus, those who book with Get Away Today get a fourth night free. This is another hotel that benefits from additional savings. CLICK HERE TO BOOK>

5. Tropicana Inn & Suites

Tropicana

Tropicana Inn & Suites is one of our favorite Disneyland area hotels that made the list. The hands-down best thing about this location is its close proximity to the Disneyland resort, as one of the best hotels within walking distance of Disneyland. We will be staying here again this summer.

The Tropicana Inn & Suites is located right at the intersection by Disneyland, which will take you straight to the front gates. In fact, this hotel is even closer in walking distance than the Disney-owned property hotels. It also features large room layouts plus great discounted rates. CLICK HERE TO BOOK>

4. Clarion Hotel

Clarion Hotel

The Clarion Hotel comes in at #4, and that does not surprise me as it is easily one of the most affordable hotels near Disneyland. It is within walking distance to Disneyland, even if it’s not as close as some of the other hotels.

Kids 9 and under eat breakfast free with a paying adult at this hotel, which is a great perk. Plus, on top of the already low prices, guests who book with Get Away Today get a fourth night free. CLICK HERE TO BOOK NOW>
