Inside Two Bedroom Villas at Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Resort

Disney’s Polynesian Resort Island Tower is a new 10-story tower opening this week at Walt Disney World offering a variety of room types including these impressive Two Bedroom Villas.

Renting Disney Vacation Club points to stay at deluxe resorts at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite money saving hacks. You do not have to be a Disney Vacation Club owner to rent these rooms which means this room type is available for all guests, not just DVC members!

The Two Bedroom Villas are ideal for large groups and families with an enormous amount of space when you compare them to the Duo Studio rooms or the Deluxe Studio rooms or even the One Bedroom Villas! Let’s take a tour of the Two Bedroom Villas at the new Island Tower!

The Two Bedroom Villa at the Island Tower is not only spacious but beautiful with the different artwork and rich colors they brought into these spaces.

Island Tower

I love all the bold colors they used in these room designs.

Island Tower

The living area is very spacious with seating, additional sleeping spaces, and a kitchenette.

Island Tower bathroom

The bathrooms follow a similar design to the other room types.

But this bathtub space is unique to the one bedroom and two bedroom villas.

Bathroom Island Tower

I love the mixup in the separate bathroom with the dark black tile.

And of course, back out to this space we can see the design of the room and the entrance into the bathroom.

You could fit so many people in this room, I could see this being great for those large families doing their big family reunion trips or even just large groups that want to stay in a space together!

Polynesian Island Tower Opening Soon

Island Tower DVC

The Island Tower is the new 10-story tower for the Polynesian Villas & Bungalows at Walt Disney World. This hotel is located in the Magic Kingdom area and features design elements inspired by the South Pacific islands and was inspired by early concept art of the Polynesian Resort from Walt Disney Imagineering.

This new Island Tower also aligns with Disney’s 2030 environmental goals by using 30 percent less energy than comparable resorts and will include the first-all electric kitchen on Walt Disney World Resort property in the tower’s restaurant.

The tower offers a variety of room types that can sleep two to nine guests including duo studios, deluxe studio rooms, one and two bedroom villas, and two bedroom penthouse villas. The new Island Tower opens December 17th 2024.
