Earl of Sandwich owns and operates Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, and the pub functions as the capstone to Earl of Sandwich’s multi-year journey toward this moment. Downtown Disney’s original Earl of Sandwich location on the far west end of Downtown Disney shuttered in 2018. A temporary Earl of Sandwich restaurant and a pop-up location followed as the permanent building’s progress took shape.
At long last, with the grand opening of Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, the entirety of Earl of Sandwich’s new two-story location is open to the public.
Looking ahead, Downtown Disney is under construction on the replacement for Tortilla Jo’s, which was demolished in 2025. See our look at construction progress and what’s coming.
