Disney World Increases Single-Day Ticket Prices for 2027

Now that Walt Disney World has released its 2027 vacation packages, guests can view the ticket calendar through October 31, 2027. The ticket calendar has revealed ticket price increases for multiple single-day tickets, including a new peak-pricing tier for Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Walt Disney World uses a dynamic pricing structure, which means single-day ticket costs vary depending on the date, taking into account guest demand, holidays, and other variable factors. Because of this, we often have a set peak maximum for tickets that are most impacted by demand.
For 2026, the peak pricing for Walt Disney World single-theme park tickets is:
- Magic Kingdom: $209
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $204
- EPCOT: $199
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $184
But if we look at 2027, the peak pricing has now been raised for multiple parks:
- Magic Kingdom: $219
- EPCOT: $214
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $209
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $189
This means we are seeing a peak pricing increase of $10 for Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, $5 for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and $5 for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The options to add Park Hopper and Park Hopper Plus have also increased for the peak pricing dates, with an average increase of $2 per add-on. It’s important to note that pricing varies by day and park. One day might see Magic Kingdom at $219 while EPCOT is $199. The prices above represent the highest one-day ticket levels for 2027, and it’s not too common for all parks to reach those peak prices at the same time, except during the holidays.
One important caveat for this most recent price increase is that ticket sales currently only go through October 31, 2027. This means that the holiday pricing for November and December has not been revealed yet. The pricing for November and December Walt Disney World tickets for 2026 was the highest of the whole year and reached the highest prices in the past 10 years of all one day tickets, and all signs point to another increase when the rest of the 2027 dates drop.

So with that in mind, even though our chart above says the highest price for 2027 is $219, it is likely to be even higher once those dates for November and December are released. We typically see the reveal for the holiday pricing in October alongside other price increases. You can see our full breakdown of historical price increases for Walt Disney World here.
Walt Disney World’s prices are continuing to trend upward each time a new set of prices is released. But if we look at the graph above, we can see that the largest shift is happening at the higher end of pricing. While the lowest 1-day ticket price has only moderately increased over the past decade, the highest-priced tickets have seen a dramatic surge, with prices more than doubling since 2015. This gap here gives us insight into Disney’s focus on demand-based pricing, with those peak park travel days becoming more expensive each year compared to off-peak travel times.
Disney knows it can rely on guests during peak travel times like spring break, three-day holiday weekends, fall breaks, and the holiday season. There is not as much of a worry about pricing guests out during these peak travel periods of the year because demand remains reliable. This is the biggest advice we always have for readers trying to plan an affordable Walt Disney World vacation. Avoid high-demand times of the year and plan your trips during the off-peak times when ticket prices, hotel costs, and airfare are the lowest. How Disney’s Ticket Pricing Changes Add Up Beyond the Peak Increase

A $10 increase in the peak price for a park like Magic Kingdom may not seem significant at first glance. However, this overlooks how Disney’s one-day ticket system works. Each date has its own price within a fixed range, from a lower minimum to a higher maximum, and many individual dates across the calendar have also increased in price for 2027. When you compare specific days in 2026 and 2027 side by side, the impact of these increases becomes much clearer.
Let’s compare a peak pricing day for both years. If we look at prices for April 22, 2026 its currently at:
- Magic Kingdom: $194
- EPCOT: $179
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $189
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $174
But if we compare it to April 22, 2027:
- Magic Kingdom: $219
- EPCOT: $199
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $204
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $189
This same exact date one year later has now resulted in a price increase of $25 for Magic Kingdom, $20 for EPCOT, $15 for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and $15 for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. So while technically, the maximum highest tier has increased by only $10, we’re actually seeing the scale tipped towards the higher end of the price range for many dates in 2027.

Overall, the data of this most recent Walt Disney World price increases show that while the top-tier pricing appears to be modest, the real impact here is a broader shift toward higher pricing across many more dates in 2027.
