Disney World Changes Hotel Room Amenities for Young Children

Disney is known for its top-notch guest service, and the management teams of Disney theme parks and hotels continually evaluate ways to meet and exceed guests’ expectations.

This includes thinking through the needs of families with young children.
Walt Disney World hotels recently replaced bedrails for toddlers with a new amenity, among other perks offered to families, free of charge. We have photos of what’s new, plus the full list of complimentary hotel perks for parties with infants and toddlers. Mickey Visit brings you the latest Disney news and planning resources, including a build-your-own-salad spot at Disney World and new private photo sessions at Disney World hotels.

Bed bumper

Previously, guests with young children staying at any Walt Disney World hotel could request bedrails to be attached to their guest room’s bed(s). These rails provided safety if a child rolled over in the middle of the night, keeping them from falling out of the bed.
