1. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets will open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 26, 2026.
This permanent replacement of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith will retain its predecessor’s same basic structure. The ride will still be a high-speed, indoor coaster, launching from 0 to 60 mph in three seconds. Instead of Aerosmith songs, though, riders will now hear covers of classic radio hits performed by The Electric Mayhem, the house band from The Muppet Show, joined by famous musicians like Def Leppard and Jennifer Hudson.

2. Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station

Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station will open at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on May 26, 2026.
This marks the first Walt Disney World attraction to be based on the highly popular preschool series Bluey. Recently, Disneyland in California debuted a Bluey stage show.
The newly renamed land replaces Rafiki’s Planet Watch, but will retain most of its infrastructure and messaging. Guests will still ride the Wildlife Express Train from the park’s Africa area to visit a science facility, Conservation Station, but instead of the premises including goats, chickens, and an animation class, Bluey’s Wild World will involve dance parties and character appearances.
Bluey and her sister, Bingo, will both appear in person, but it remains to be seen if guests will be able to meet the characters and pose for family photos, or if the duo will appear at a distance.
Bluey’s Wild World includes Jumpyard Junction, an area where guests can see animals native to Bluey’s home continent of Australia.
Formerly at Rafiki’s Planet Watch, guests could watch real procedures of the park’s animals as they received medical care. It’s unclear if this will remain part of Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station.
3. Soarin’ Across America

Soarin’ Across America will open at EPCOT on May 26, 2026.
This new, third version of the Soarin’ simulator ride will take riders on a journey above the United States. Along the way, riders will see American landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty and the Grand Canyon.
Disney produced Soarin’ Across America as part of its Disney Celebrates America campaign, honoring the 250th anniversary of the U.S.
Soarin’ Across America will be a limited-time offering, but Disney has not announced the end date. See all the details about Soarin’ Across America here.
The new version of the ride will also open at Disney California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort in California on July 2, 2026.
4. Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Revue!

Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Revue! will open at Magic Kingdom on May 26, 2026.
Inside the Diamond Horseshoe in Frontierland, Toy Story characters Jessie, Woody, and Bullseye will lead guests in “singing, dancing, games, and other playful activities,” Disney says.
It’s unclear whether Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Revue! will have scheduled showtimes, or if the venue will be open for most of the day, with programmed activities occurring sporadically.
Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Revue! comes right before the June 19 release of Toy Story 5, in which Jessie has a bigger role than in previous Toy Story films.
The Diamond Horseshoe originated as a theater in the 1970s, but has operated as a table-service restaurant in recent years. It will pause its dining operations to accommodate Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Revue! for the summer.
Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Revue! is a limited-time offering as part of Cool KIDS’ SUMMER, a season of activations and promotions geared toward families with young children. Cool KIDS’ SUMMER lasts from May 26 through September 8, 2026. After that, Diamond Horseshoe will return to its table-service dining.

Returning from 2025’s Cool KIDS’ SUMMER is GoofyCore, an overlay of CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT. Guests can join Goofy for games and dancing.
5. Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!

Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! will open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 26, 2026.
The new, indoor stage show stars Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Daisy, and Pluto in what amounts to an episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+ materialized in real life. The characters will engage the audience in interactive moments and dances as Mickey and Minnie prepare for a party at the Clubhouse.
This show first opened at Disney California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort in 2025.
6. The Walt Disney Studios
The Walt Disney Studios will partially open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 26, 2026.
This new land replaces Animation Courtyard as a plaza emulating the real headquarters of The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, California.
Some of the studio lot’s landmarks will be recreated as photo-ops, including Pluto’s Corner, pictured above, with its famous fire hydrant and directional sign for Dopey Drive and Mickey Avenue.
Other portions of The Walt Disney Studios will be more fantastical than their real-life counterparts, such as cement “handprints” left by favorite Disney characters.
The attractions within The Walt Disney Studios are:
- The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure, which debuted in 2025 when this area was Animation Courtyard, has remained open during construction for The Walt Disney Studios
- Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!, opening May 26, 2026; details above
- The Magic of Disney Animation, opening late summer 2026; details below
7. Descendants and Camp Rock 3 Dance Party
A dance party featuring songs from the new movies Camp Rock 3 and Descendants: Wicked Wonderland will debut at Disney Springs Marketplace on May 26, 2026.
Both of the featured films premiere this summer on Disney+. Camp Rock 3, featuring the Jonas Brothers and executive produced by Demi Lovato, marks Disney’s first return to the Camp Rock franchise since 2010. Descendants: Wicked Wonderland continues the story of Disney Villains’ children, which last left off with 2024’s Descendants: The Rise of Red.
The dance party will take place on select nights from May 26 through September 8 as part of Cool KIDS’ SUMMER. Disney has not announced specific dates or the exact location within Disney Springs Marketplace for the new dance party.
Even More New Attractions for Summer

Everything described above opens on May 26, 2026. Outside of this date, Walt Disney World has even more new and updated experiences opening this summer.
On May 22, 2026, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will debut a new mission featuring the Mandalorian and Grogu.
In late summer 2026, The Magic of Disney Animation at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open with character greetings, a playground themed to artist Mary Blair’s concepts for Alice in Wonderland, as pictured above, and a drawing class hosted by an Audio-Animatronics figure of Olaf.
Disney World guests visiting this summer can also enjoy two newly refurbished Magic Kingdom attractions: Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, now open, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, opening May 3.
