Early Entry Returns for Disney+ Subscribers Along With Other Subscriber Perks on Disney+ Day

Disney+ Day is coming September 8, an annual celebration where subscribers will have access to new releases, such as Thor: Love and Thunder, Pinocchio, and the latest episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. 

Even better, if you're visiting one of the Disney Parks around Disney+ Day, the celebration is coming to you.

Disney Plus Day Early Entry and More at Disney Parks

On September 8th, Disney+ subscribers will be “plussed” up with 30-minute early entry access to all theme parks at the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort (as long as you have valid admission and reservations, of course).

Keep in mind, guests may be required to verify they are Disney+ subscribers, so be sure to have the Disney+ app downloaded on your phone and have the log-in screen ready to show, just in case.

Disneyland Resort Hotel and Walt Disney World Resort Hotel guests will still get their early entry perks. Disney Resort Hotel guests will be welcomed into the parks 60 minutes before official park opening that day.

Not only can you get into the parks early, but subscribers can also enjoy complimentary Disney PhotoPass downloads at select locations at either Disneyland Resort park or Hollywood Studios if at Walt Disney World.

Other “pluses” for the day include special character meet-and-greets in the parks and movie screenings at resort hotels. You’ll also find blue dusted churros at Disneyland and blue cocktails at select Downtown Disney restaurants. 

For those who will be at Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, or on the upcoming Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise, you’ll also see perks like early park admission, special photo opportunities, treats, and more.

Celebrate At Home

There will still be plenty for those celebrating at home too. Fans can join digitally with limited-time Disney PhotoPass Lenses through the My Disney Experience app and Snapchat.

Also, select AMC Theatres will celebrate September 8-19 with $5 screenings of Encanto, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Thor: Ragnarok, Cars, and Newsies. 

Those in attendance will receive a free Disney+ poster and a special concessions offer will be available for Disney+ subscribers. Tickets for these screenings will be available September 1.
