Walt Disney World is home to many great bars and lounges, including a newly announced lounge coming to Disney’s BoardWalk. Some of these spaces have even been newly added inside the theme parks, providing a place for a refreshing beverage and signature light bites. The food at the different lounges is often overlooked and quite delicious.
Let’s get into a recent trip to one of these favorite bars at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to check out their current menu offerings. Mickey Visit brings you the latest Disney news and planning resources, including a mini water park coming to a future Disney World hotel and 7 new lands Disney is building.

Favorite Bar at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
BaseLine Tap House is a bar at Disney’s Hollywood Studios located just across from what was Muppets Courtyard and outside the entrance to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. This area is themed to modern Los Angeles and is officially called Grand Avenue. In a few years, this will be where guests enter the upcoming Monstropolis land, which we recently toured with Imagineers.
BaseLine Tap House is a nice place to take a break from the theme park crowds and watch the world go by, sitting outside or in the air-conditioned space. There are options for high tables or lower benches. You can also pop in here to pick up a beverage on the go.
Orders are placed at the bar inside. In addition to the beverages, there are a couple of good food options.
There are three food items listed on the menu here, plus one additional seasonal item right now. These are all listed as small plates.
First up is the Bavarian Pretzel for $12, served with beer cheese fondue and spicy mustard. This is a big soft pretzel that we recommend splitting with your group.
Here’s a picture of the pretzels hung up. We powered through ours too quickly before I could take a picture. A terrible Disney writing sin.
Next, we tried the Avenue Chips for $7. These are house-made ranch kettle chips with beer cheese fondue.
Finally, we have the seasonal item that is being advertised on the counter right now. This is the Pepperoni Flatbread for $17. The flatbread is topped with mozzarella, pepperoni, and big dollops of ricotta cheese and hot honey. This pizza was surprisingly good. It’s difficult to mess up something that features fresh ricotta cheese, so this was a hit for me. I would recommend it as a nice pizza again to share.

The last item on the BaseLine Tap House menu is the California Cheese and Charcuterie Plate for $14. We didn’t order this, but saw others enjoying it. It includes soft, aged, and blue cheeses; cured meats; house-made spreads; pickled items; and crisp lavash.
Combine these fun food options with the variety of beer, wine, and mixed cocktails on tap, and this is a perfect stop. Some of the drinks at BaseLine Tap House include a margarita, California Sunset vodka cocktail, beers and ciders on tap, and non-alcoholic drinks, including strawberry lemonade and strawberry hibiscus.
