The Mandalorian and Grogu jump from streaming to the big screen in their titular film, releasing on May 22, and Disney theme parks will simultaneously open a new version of their weakest Star Wars ride, now starring Din Djarin and Grogu. Coinciding with the new movie and reimagined attraction, Disney just revealed new dining options. A new Muppets food truck will also debut its menu around the same time.
New food, beverages, and novelties, including a new popcorn bucket, are coming to Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort to celebrate The Mandalorian and Grogu. New Mandalorian and Grogu Novelties Including Popcorn Bucket
New and upcoming novelty releases at Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World in Florida feature characters from The Mandalorian and Grogu.
Some of the items listed below are designated as a mobile order “souvenir release” or “seasonal novelty release.” In those cases, guests can search for those words within the Disneyland or Disney World app to purchase the item via mobile order, and Disney will tell them where to pick it up.

Walt Disney Imagineering recently created the BDX Droids, a trio of free-roaming Audio-Animatronics characters that have been touring the Disney theme parks globally. Jon Favreau, director of The Mandalorian and Grogu, loved the BDX Droids so much that he put them in the movie.
Things come full circle with a new BDX Droid popcorn bucket. The photo above is a popcorn bucket, not a real droid! Disney says this popcorn bucket became available on May 4, but also lists it as coming soon in Florida and on May 21 in California. We believe it is not yet in the parks.
At Walt Disney World, the BDX Droid Bucket will be available soon, though Disney did not specify an exact date, in Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the following locations:
- Cart near the main entrance
- ABC Commisary (Commisary Lane)
- Backlot Express (near Star Tours – The Adventures Continue)
- Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo (Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge)

At Disneyland Resort, the BDX Droid Bucket will launch on May 21 in Disneyland Park at the following locations:

The Mandalorian and Grogu Jetpack Sipper features backpack-like straps with a hose nozzle for drinking, and Grogu along for the ride near the wearer’s shoulder.
At Walt Disney World, the Mandalorian and Grogu Jetpack Sipper will be available soon, though Disney did not specify an exact date, in Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the following locations:

At Disneyland only, not Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge just expanded its timeline to include characters from the original Star Wars trilogy, including Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Han Solo, and Darth Vader.
