EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival 2024: A Celebration of Blooming Fun
The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival at Walt Disney World Resort is a popular Epcot festival with Disney themed garden topiaries, food marketplace booths, garden tours, and live music.
We particularly love the demonstrations and topiaries that appear throughout the parks. You can spot some of our favorite topiaries from the festival in the article below. Over the past year we have visited Epcot for every single one of its festivals throughout the year. We'll keep you up to date on the best festival tips and tricks.
Let's dive into our guide to the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival at Walt Disney World.
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival Dates 2024
The 2024 Flower and Garden Festival takes place February 28 to May 27, 2024!
This year includes brand new topiaries including a baby Groot topiary near the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind attraction plus new topiaries featuring characters from the film “Wish” like Asha, Valentino and the Wishing Star at the park’s main entrance.
Other announced topiaries include Miguel and Dante from Disney Pixar's “Coco” and a Figment topiary in the new World Celebration Gardens.
One surprising thing to note is how short the festival is this year. The past few years have seen the festival last through July and this year it notably ends before June. I will be curious to see if EPCOT either extends the Food & Wine Festival to overlap with summer or if we will see a few months of a festival-free EPCOT.
The International Festival of the Arts, the first Epcot festival of the year, ended on February 19, 2023.
