Dates

Epcot Food & Wine Festival will begin on July 15th and end on November 20th. 

Location

Epcot Food & Wine Festival is held at the Epcot World Showcase.

Ride Availability

Standard offerings at Epcot will be available throughout the festival including attractions and entertainment regardless of your participation in the festival. Select days will even have extended hours.

Booking Information

Booking dates for all events will be announced in the coming months. In the past, reservations were only able to be via phone at 407-WDW-FEST (939-3378). Advanced booking is only necessary for paid events. Check out Disney's official site for more information as it becomes available.

Simply purchase your map and stickers from select Festival merchandise locations, including:

Once you’ve found them all, bring your completed map to Disney Traders—located at the entrance to World Showcase—and choose a surprise.

Emile’s Fromage Montage

Your whole family will enjoy Emile’s Fromage Montage, where you can sample a variety of delicious cheeses served in inventive ways.

Purchase any 5 cheese dishes from select Global Marketplaces listed in the Festival Passport and be sure to collect a stamp for each purchased dish.

Once you’ve collected all 5 stamps, bring the stamped Festival Passport to Shimmering Sips for a prize unique to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit

Celebrate the Halloween season by partaking in this special pumpkin hunt from September 29 to October 31, 2022.
Here’s how you can join the pursuit:

  • Purchase a special map and stickers at select merchandise locations, including Creations ShopPort of Entry and World Traveler at International Gateway.
  • Have fun hunting for hidden decorative pumpkins based on Disney characters. Once you’ve found a character, place the corresponding stickers on your Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit map.
  • Whether you choose to hunt for pumpkins or not, you may return your map to Disney Traders—located at the entrance to World Showcase or World Traveler at International Gateway––for a Festival keepsake.

Eat to Beat Concert SeriesEpcot with monorail

A free concert series is available daily throughout the festival featuring a wide variety of genres and musicians. This takes place at the American Gardens Theater in Epcot's American Adventure Pavilion. There are typically a few different concerts each day, so you can attend several days in a row and enjoy different musical offerings at the concert series.

Besides Marketplace Booths, there are several opportunities to get involved at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival at a variety of prices. Offerings vary day-to-day, so make sure to check out Walt Disney World's official website for a complete daily schedule when you're planning your trip.

Free Offerings

There are ways to enjoy the festival at no additional cost to you! The way to do this is to utilize the free seminars and events available to attendees.

Previous free offerings have included the Festival Back-to-Basics series that offers crucial foundational culinary tips, book signings, Eat to the Beat concerts (more on that in a moment), cultural adventures, and all standard attractions and entertainment within Epcot park. Plus, pick up a Marketplace Discovery Passport for free and can be used to chart your way through the experience and see all offerings at-a-glance.

Culinary Demonstrations

If you do want to spend a little to get involved in the festival, Epcot Food & Wine Festival Culinary Demonstrations are for you. They cost $19 each and typically offer free samples, useful information, and entertaining presentations. They're a definite upgrade from the free offerings at a reasonable price. Many say this tier is the best value at the festival.

Special Events

Some of these events are $100 per person or more, but avid foodies will enjoy the plethora of special events offered at Epcot Food & Wind Festival. But you will also find reasonably priced choices like the Food and Beverage Pairings which are less than $30 per person! Here is the list of this years special events:

Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It: If you want to get your hands dirty, this is definitely the choice for you. This workshop allows you to get involved and try out tips alongside professional chefs. Previous workshop topics include cake decorating, garnishing, cocktail mixing, and more.

Sunday Brunch with the Chef: This series of events features celebrity chefs offering a cooking demo and sharing stories about their background and history. Attendees will enjoy dishes prepared by the chef along with beverage pairings. Previous chefs featured in this series include Cat Cora, Buddy Valastro, and Rick Bayless.

Cheese Seminars: These seminars are all devoted to cheese! During each 90-minute session a fromager will explain the major aromas, textures and flavor levels of popular cheeses—from Asiago to Zamorano. Guests can sample cheese, wines, and beer during this seminar.

Food and Beverage Pairings: Guests can learn the fundamentals of food and beverage pairings from expert chefs that will collaborate with beverage experts to whip up delicious pairings.

Beverage Seminars: Guests can sample select adult beverages at this 45-minute seminar that puts you in touch with your inner wine, beer or spirit connoisseur.
