Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Discounts- 2023 Star Wars Hotel Deals
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser discounts are increasingly becoming more common especially with the significant cost of this immersive Star Wars experience at Walt Disney World. This Star Wars themed hotel features a multi-day story that includes interactions with characters, lightsaber training, and dining experiences.
The hotel is located next to Disney's Hollywood Studios so the experience also includes a day trip to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge as part of the stay. But one of the largest drawbacks of this experience is it's a costly one so it is great news that we're starting to see Disney release discounts!
Disney has announced that Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will make its FINAL voyage September 2023. This experience will no longer be offered after this date. Read more about why we think the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser failed!

The pricing for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser models what you might see for pricing on a Disney Cruiser since it is a two day excursion which includes all activities and meals.
2023 Pricing for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser rates vary depending on your voyage departure date, the number of Guests in your cabin and your cabin type. Here is a general pricing list:
2 Guests per Cabin
- $1209 per guest, per night or $4809 total
3 Guests per Cabin (two adults, one child)
- $889 per guest, per night or $5299 total
4 Guest per Cabin (three adults, one child)
- $749 per guest, per night or $5999 total
Your two day stay includes:
- 2-night stay in a cabin or suite
- Ongoing, immersive and interactive entertainment, where choices determine your experience
- Food and beverages on the starcruiser (excluding alcoholic and specialty beverages) and a quick-service meal at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo or other select locations at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Dining which includes two (2) breakfast, two (2) lunch and two (2) dinner meals per Guest, with gratuity included for dinners; and one (1) quick-service meal consisting of one (1) entrée and either one (1) nonalcoholic beverage or, if age 21 or over, one (1) alcoholic beverage (where available), or, for Guests ages 3 to 9, one (1) combo meal from the children’s menu offerings, to be used in the theme park only.

One of the best Star War: Galactic Starcruiser discounts offered right now is the newly announced Disney Visa Card members discount. Cardmembers can save up to 30% on select trip dates in 2023. These trip dates are:
- May 1, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 19, 21, 23, 25, 29 and 31
- June 2, 4, 6, 14, 18, 20, 24, 26 and 28
- July 2, 8, 10, 22, 24 and 30
- August 3, 13 and 29
- September 8 and 16
Is this a good Disney discount?
This is easily the best Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser discount we've seen so far. We might expect to see another discount similar to this released for the general public soon or at least for Disney+ subscribers. The good news is these dates also easily line up with many of the other Walt Disney World hotel discounts right now so if you plan on staying extra time at the resort you can take advantage of those savings too. But always keep in mind, this is a luxury experience and you're not going to find this a fitting stay for anyone planning a strict budget trip. If you're looking for a budget trip, you might want to consider the Walt Disney World value hotels instead.

2023 Combined Walt Disney World Hotel Stay
There is a current discount if you want to combine a Walt Disney World hotel stay and a stay at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. The maximum you can save is $700 if you pick a higher end deluxe hotel for this offer.
You can save up to $350 per night if you bundle a maximum of two days hotel stay at a deluxe or moderate hotel along with the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser which is a two day experience. You can only book two nights at the regular hotel with this package so the maximum you can save is $700 for both experiences for the hotel stay and Star Wars experience.
The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser offers an immersive experience similar to that of a cruise with a 2-day planned itinerary and the only part of the theme parks you experience is a day trip excursion to Batuu in Disney's Hollywood Studios. It's typical most guests would also want to stay at a Walt Disney World hotel to see other areas of the park if they were planning to experience the new Star Wars hotel. So if this is a trip you've been looking to plan, this does offer some great savings especially if you plan on just staying the four nights in Walt Disney World.
You will save the most money per night on the higher priced deluxe hotels while the only moderate hotel option available (Coronado Springs) will offer the least.

Is this a good Disney discount?
The starcruiser is an expensive experience so if you're looking for a budget trip, this won't be it. But if you already planned on doing the immersive Star Wars experience and staying at least two nights at Walt Disney World, this is going to be a great savings for your family. One of the main critiques that Disney has experienced with the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser has been the cost (although some guests may forget this a 2-day packed itinerary and not just a hotel stay) so this offering to lower the cost will be a welcome move for many guests.
You will save more using this offer than booking one of the other discount offers for your hotel stay unless you plan on staying more than two nights, then it might be worth doing the math to figure out which one is the best for you!
Disney's Fine Print
Purchase of a Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser vacation package is required. The number of Resort hotel rooms allocated for this offer is limited. Offer not valid on select voyages—including those on the following dates: February 16, 18 and 22; March 12 and 14; April 3, 7, 9, 11 and 13; May 3 and 17; June 12 and 16; July 24; and August 9, 15, 19, 21 and 23, 2023.
Savings based on the non-discounted price for the same Resort hotel room. Resort hotel stay must occur on dates immediately before or after the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser voyage, but does not need to be on consecutive nights. A maximum of 2 nights in a Resort hotel room maybe be booked with this offer.
Cancelling the reservation for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will result in the cancellation of the Resort hotel stay and any applicable cancellation fees will apply. All Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser package components are only valid during the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser voyage and cannot be redeemed during the Resort hotel stay.
