New Offerings Coming to EPCOT’s Best Festival That Few Talk About

EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is one of the best festivals of the year at Walt Disney World. This year’s festival marks 30 years of Disney on Broadway!

We love all of the festivals at EPCOT but this one in particular has some of the best interactive experiences and entertainment all focused on celebrating the arts.

New experiences are coming to the 2025 EPCOT International Festival of Arts and these highlight some of our favorite parts of the experience that are often overlooked.

Once Upon A Stage: 30 Years of Disney on Broadway

Frozen on Broadway empty stage

CommuniCore Hall in EPCOT will celebrate the magic of Broadway with a walkthrough exhibit celebrating the 30th anniversary of Disney on Broadway. There will be costumes and props from the most popular stage musicals along with a behind the scenes space to see how “The Lion King” and “Aladdin” were reimagined for the Broadway stage.

Food marketplace stand

A new food studio will be coming to the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts that pay “homage to the foods and drinks immortalized onstage.” This new food marketplace booth will be just outside the CommuniCore Plaza. The food is one of the best parts of the festivals at EPCOT and we always look forward to new booths joining the lineup.

New Artful Photo Op

The Artful Photo Ops allow guests to step into a “canvas” of well-known art pieces and pose. Returning favorites this year include Luncheon of the Boating Party by Pierre-August Renoir and Edvard Munch’s The Scream. The new Artful Photo Op this year will feature a scene from “Moana.”

EPCOT International Festival of Arts Merchandise

EPCOT merchandise

One of my favorite parts of the EPCOT International Festival of Arts is the merchandise whether you are looking for the Disney official festival merchandise or the large art selection around EPCOT.

Taylor Swift art

There’s not just Disney art but also a variety of art featuring pop culture icons. Last year one booth in particular went viral for his large selection of Taylor Swift prints. The artist, Alan Foxx, sometimes has a booth in Disney Springs but had a big boom in popularity during last year’s festival. I purchased more than one of these for my own collection!

Disney on Broadway Concert Series

Festival of the Arts

The popular Disney on Broadway Concert Series will return to the America Gardens Theatre Stage with three newcomers this year! Jelani Remy, Simba from “The Lion King,” Rodney Ingram from “Aladddin” on Broadway, and John Riddle who originated the role of Hans in “Frozen.” This is one of the best parts of the festival and our favorite EPCOT lineup of concerts we see throughout the year, do not miss it!
