Six Ravens Opening at Disney Springs

Six Ravens is a new dining location at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World from the third-party owners of Gideon’s Bakehouse, the popular cookie shop.
The specialty of Six Ravens is a type of hand pie called a coffyn that was popular during the medieval period. This era, along with a macabre aesthetic, also informs the location’s design style and backstory. The name Six Ravens refers to a legend of a group of ravens outside the Tower of London.

Six Ravens opened to the public on August 3, 2026. Disney World’s website currently lists daily operating hours of 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

On its Instagram page, Six Ravens’ management stressed that this is a soft opening and asked for guests’ patience as the new location finds its footing. “Will it be bumpy? Most likely. Will there be waits? No doubt. But we hope you enjoy our work and help us to figure out exactly what Six Ravens wants to be. It takes a village.”
Six Ravens says a grand opening will be announced “when we feel unstoppable,” and teased a free gift for guests who attend that TBA occasion.
There is no seating available at Six Ravens, so diners will need to take their items elsewhere to enjoy them.
The medieval theming extends to the menu names, such as a cheeseburger coffyn called The Peasant’s Patty and a pesto chicken coffyn called The Villain of Valentina. See the full menu here. A previously announced breakfast item, a bacon, egg, and cheese coffyn, will not be available during the soft opening period.
Here are the main items on the menu:

Virtual Queue for Six Ravens

Six Ravens management anticipates high demand for the soft opening of the new dining location. To help with crowd levels, a virtual queue may be in place at times “when the line grows excessively long.”
Like many Disney Springs dining options, Six Ravens is owned and operated as a third-party business, not by The Walt Disney Company. As such, its virtual queue will not involve making any sort of reservation in the My Disney Experience app, as is the case with Disney rides and merchandise events that occasionally utilize a virtual queue.
Instead, Six Ravens guests will approach the shop, give an employee their phone number, and wait for a text when it’s their turn to head back to Six Ravens.
Six Ravens is located in the Town Center section of Disney Springs, between STK Steakhouse and OluKai, at the former spot of The Art of Shaving, which closed in 2024.
