Here Are the Disneyland Special Offerings to Celebrate Release of Inside Out 2

As the Inside Out 2 releases in theaters today, Disneyland is introducing a variety of special offerings to celebrate! Pixar Fest is in full swing at the resort offering special entertainment, foods, merchandise, and character experiences, and now there will be even more special offerings celebrating the release of this highly anticipated sequel.

Disneyland previously announced that Anger from Inside Out 2 would be coming to Disneyland, and he makes his debut today in Disney California Adventure at the Pixar Pier Band Shell. Disneyland also recently introduced a new water short ahead of World of Color called “Emotional Rollercoaster” highlighting Inside Out 2.

New Inside Out 2 Offerings at Disneyland

For a limited time, visitors will be able to learn how to draw Joy, Sadness, Anxiety, and Anger from Inside Out 2 at Animation Academy under the guidance of an expert artist. Don't miss this experience, as the drawing you end up with can end up being one of the best free souvenirs you can get at Disneyland!

For the remainder of Pixar Fest, guests can find a special collectible medallion inspired by Inside Out 2 at the Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff Medalion Machine at Disney California Adventure. The new medallion portrays the new characters that we see in the Inside Out 2 film. 

In addition to the impressive collection of Pixar-inspired merchandise and special Pixar Fest foods being offered for Pixar Fest, there will also be Inside Out 2-inspired merchandise, food and beverage options, and novelties like an Anxiety Straw clip at select locations for a limited time while supplies last. In promoting this movie, Disney has highlighted Anxiety as a major character, which you can see reflected in these new offerings.

Starting today, guests who purchase the Genie+ service will have access to PhotoPass lenses featuring Inside Out 2 characters on the Disneyland app. With this lens, guests will be able to see inside Headquarters and display different emotions including Joy, Anger, and Sadness. There will also be a special display in the Pixar Place Hotel of three maquettes of new Inside Out 2 characters Anxiety, Ennui, and Embarrassment. There will also be panels of artwork from the film on the second floor of the hotel.
