Disney has announced the focus of their 2019 celebration and it will be a party of all things Mickey Mouse! Disneyland Resort will transform into a “Get Your Ears On: A Mickey and Minnie Celebration” starting on January 18th and running until June 6th.

Mickey’s Mix Magic- NEW!
This high energy projection show will celebrate Mickey Mouse and create a family-fun dance party atmosphere in Disneyland park featuring popular Disney music remixes that feature movies like Aladdin, Coco, Frozen, The Jungle Book, and more. The show will include high tech projections, lighting, and lasers all shown on Main Street U.S.A., the water screens of the Rivers of the America, and the facade of it's a small world. The party will be lead with “DJ Mickey” spinning dance twists on favorite Disney songs alongside the lights, lasers, and projections.

On select nights “Mickey's Mix Magic” will include fireworks. The show will debut on January 18th 2019 and run through June 6th. You can view the show from Main Street U.S.A., the Rivers of America, and in front of its a small world. As for the nights with accompanied fireworks, we can only imagine those will go off from behind Sleeping Beauty's Castle as usual.

The Disney website says the duration of the show will be for 10 minutes and begin at 9:30PM.
Mickey’s Soundsational Parade- Including a NEW Opening!
Many guests will be overjoyed to hear that this popular parade will be returning to Disneyland park on January 25th 2019. It hasn't been announced if this parade's run will conclude this year when the celebration ends. The parade is said to include a new opening to kick off the party with Mickey Mouse leading the way inspired by classic Mickey pull toys.
Chip ‘n' Dale will also arrive with a giant celebration cake to celebrate the one and only Mickey Mouse.
Get Your Ears On Celebration Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace
Guests will get to see our favorite characters in their party best for the celebration! Check out the Get Your Ears On Celebration Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace to jam to the new song “It’s a Good Time,” along with other popular Disney tunes. Check the daily Disneyland calendar for the most current times. The dance party is said to be held nightly during the celebration!
Valentine’s Month at Disneyland Celebrating Mickey and Minnie Mouse!
From January 22 through February 18, Disneyland will deck out the park in honor of Mickey and Minnie Mouse's love as the parks celebrate Valentine's Day with themed decor, special food and beverage offerings, and souvenirs.
This celebration will also include Minnie’s Valentine Surprise, a park-wide scavenger hunt that leads guests on a search for the secret valentines Minnie has hidden for Mickey and friends. All you will have to do is purchase a commemorative map and stickers at select merchandise locations, find the valentines, and redeem your completed map for a special surprise.
Mickey Mouse Celebration Themed Food
The specialty Mickey themed food includes specialty churros and Mickey beignets to Get Your Ears On Funnel Cake Fries and Celebration Cake. As pictured above, there will also be Share Your Ears Cheeseburger with ears made out of mini cheeseburger sliders or the Spectacular Mickey Cheesy Pizza with Mickey pepperoni and confetti of peppers and onion. The Get Your Ears On celebration will also include:
- A Celebration Sipper & Straw for your fave drinks
- Mickey and Minnie chocolate caramel apples
- Mickey macarons
- Mickey popcorn buckets
- Mickey pretzels and waffles
- Seasonal offerings
- Specialty desserts
- Themed novelties

Get Your Ears On – A Mickey and Minnie Celebration Dinner at Goofy’s Kitchen
Chef Goofy is serving new themed eats, take home swag, decor, and special appearances by Mickey and Minnie! There are five all you can eat stations there will also be special additions including Steamboat Chili, Mouse Ear Cookies, and Celebration Cupcakes.
Mickey’s Tea Party Celebration
Starting Jan. 19 through March 31, you’re invited to celebrate Mickey with a limited-time tea party. Enjoy loose leaf tea and herbal infusions while you enjoy tea sandwiches, gourmet desserts, and Mickey themed treats. This afternoon tea is in the Hollywood-style setting of Steakhouse 55. There are two different tea menus for guests to choose from for this tea party.

Get Your Ears On – A Mickey and Minnie Celebration Souvenirs
