Disneyland Opening Period REVEALED for New Dining Additions and Overlook Bar

Downtown Disney has been undergoing a major transformation recently as new restaurants have recently been introduced and more dining experiences are currently in the works. In our Disneyland updates, we have been tracking the progress of a new dining addition that has been making rapid progress and is now getting ready to open soon!

An exciting new addition to Downtown Disney that will introduce four dining concepts has been under construction on the west end of the district. Now, as the new location is reaching its final stages of work, Disney has revealed more details regarding its opening and the second story bar that it will feature. After the recent opening of the three new Mexican restaurant concepts Paseo, Céntrico, and Tiendita as well as Din Tai Fung, Disney has now announced when the next new addition in Downtown Disney will open.

Parkside Market would feature four concepts including Seoul Sister, a fast-casual modern eatery serving Korean-style rice bowls, Sip & Sonder serving lattes, fresh treats, frozen drinks, and delicious small bites, and GG’s Chicken Shop serving chicken sandwiches, salads, and classic dinner table sides.

There will also be an overlook bar called Vista Parkside Market offering signature craft cocktails and mocktails that will pair with Parkside Market menus with full service to your table. Here is a look at the concept art for the bar below:

Disney has now shared that Parkside Market will be opening this winter. This news makes sense, as we have been tracking the progress of Parkside Market and it appears to be moving quite rapidly from what we can see on the outside. Three new shops will also be opening in Downtown Disney this winter as well, including a reimagining of Marceline's Confectionary and a new Avengers shop.
