Here’s Why Crew’s Cup Lounge is a Hidden Gem
Most hidden-gem Disney World restaurants require you to go out of your way. This one doesn’t. Crew’s Cup Lounge is a cozy lounge nestled next to Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. In keeping with the New England-style theming next door, Crew’s Cup Lounge is decorated with pine beams and nautical touches, making it comfortable for any lunch break or cocktail stop.
If your day involves anything around International Gateway at EPCOT, you’re already on the exact path that runs directly past this lounge’s front door. It sits in the connector hallway near the Yacht Club pool, a couple of steps up from the main walkway, marked by nothing more dramatic than a small hanging sign and a plain door that looks more like a hotel meeting room than a restaurant.
That’s not an accident. It’s basically a speakeasy setup: no hostess stand, no dramatic entrance, no line. You just walk in, find a seat, and a server comes to you.
For a resort that spends so much time on theming every square inch, the fact that Crew’s Cup Lounge barely announces itself is exactly why so many guests keep walking right by it.
Here’s What You Actually Get Inside
Once you’re through that door, the payoff is immediate.
The whole room is wood-paneled and dim, with a rowing theme that shows up in oars along the walls and a hull hanging from the ceiling. There are booths, a handful of tables, a couple of couches, and a full bar with stools if you’d rather watch a game on one of the TVs. It’s a kind of area that makes you want to slow down and unwind with a cocktail in hand.
Here’s the kicker: Crew’s Cup Lounge shares a kitchen with Yachtsman Steakhouse next door, meaning the menu at Crew’s Cup shares a couple of the appetizers with Yachtsman Steakhouse. It’s notable that Crew’s Cup also has food that stands well on its own.
Recently, Crew’s Cup Lounge went through a refurbishment that closed the lounge from late February through May of 2026, and having been back since it reopened, I can say the vibe held up. It’s the same cozy wood-and-oars feel, just refreshed. The menu shifted some in the process. A few of the old staples are gone from what I saw, and pricing has crept up the way it has everywhere at Disney World, but the quality is still there.
Here’s What I Ordered
On my most recent stop, I went with the shaved prime beef sliders, made with onion pull-apart rolls, onion-pepper relish, provolone, and horseradish cream. They were extremely delicious. If it weren’t for the filet mignon sliders at The Boathouse in Disney Springs, I’d argue that the shaved prime beef sliders are the best sliders you’ll find on Disney World property.

Something also worth noting is that the signature bread is the same bread service you’ll find at Yachtsman Steakhouse. In my opinion, the signature bread is also one of the best bread services you’ll find on Disney World property, using artisanal sourdough bread, onion pull-apart rolls, roasted garlic, butter, and tomato jam.
Drink-wise, this remains one of the few spots at Disney World with a real whiskey and scotch selection worth taking seriously, alongside the standard beer and wine list. On my most recent visit, I decided to shake it up a bit and have the Elderflower Martini, made with Belvedere vodka, Dolin Dry vermouth, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, Hella Cocktail Co orange bitters, and a lemon peel. It was surprisingly refreshing and perfect to sip on when the weather gets hot and humid.
Here’s Why You Should Add This to Your Itinerary
Here’s the part that actually matters for planning your trip: Crew’s Cup Lounge does not take reservations.
It’s first-come, first-served, every single day. That means it functions as a built-in safety net for exactly the kind of situation EPCOT guests run into constantly, where you didn’t book a table service reservation, every walk-up restaurant in World Showcase is slammed, and you don’t want another quick-service tray. Crew’s Cup Lounge solves that problem, and it’s sitting right there on your route.
Current hours run 4 pm to 11 pm daily, so it’s built for a late-afternoon refuel or a dinner-hour stop rather than a lunch break. Make sure to plan your walk accordingly if you want to catch it.

Crew’s Cup Lounge isn’t a secret because Disney is hiding it. Instead, it’s a secret because it sits exactly where nobody expects to find a great meal: in a hallway, between two hotels, in the middle of a walk to somewhere else. Next time you walk from EPCOT’s International Gateway toward the BoardWalk or Hollywood Studios, do yourself a favor and actually stop here.
