During Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween party at Disney World, there will be a couple of fun new novelties available, inspired by Jack Skellington and the Mayor from The Nightmare Before Christmas! Here is where you will be able to find them.

Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Jack Skellington Gravestone Bucket will be available at various popcorn carts throughout Magic Kingdom. You can see this below! This bucket is quite detailed and would make for a great Halloween decoration to display at home. There is a limit of two per person, per transaction, and it will be available while supplies last.
Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Mayor Sipper will be available at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe. You can see both sides of the sipper below! There is a limit of two per person, per transaction, and it will be available while supplies last.

Both of these new novelties will also be available at Disneyland during the Halloween celebration! They were revealed as part of the recent announcement of all of the Halloween novelties and popcorn buckets at Disneyland.
