A table-service restaurant and lounge at Walt Disney World is closing for refurbishment, and Disney just changed the dates for the temporary closure. There are several ongoing ride closures and hotel renovations at Disney World.

Restaurant and Lounge at Saratoga Springs Closing for Refurbishment
At Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, guests can dine at The Turf Club Bar and Grill, a table-service restaurant with indoor and patio seating. The menu includes prime rib, steak, salmon, pork chop, and scallop pasta.
Located adjacent to The Turf Club Bar and Grill is The Turf Club Lounge, a walk-up venue serving drinks and light bites, like buffalo chicken dip and wings.

As previously announced, the various components of The Turf Club at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will close for refurbishment soon. However, Disney World’s website just adjusted some of the timeline.
As of April 13, 2026, The Turf Club Lounge will be closed from late April to mid-August 2026. During this time, guests can dine at a pop-up bar with a modified menu inside The Turf Club Bar and Grill. This is a slight delay from the previously listed closure period of mid-April to early August.
Patio seating for The Turf Club Bar and Grill’s table-service restaurant remains with the same refurbishment schedule. It will be closed from early August to mid-August 2026.
As for The Turf Club Bar and Grill table-service restaurant at large, we’ve noticed that Disney has played around with the schedule for this refurbishment a few times. The restaurant is currently listed as being closed from mid-August to mid-September 2026. Timelines for Disney closures and openings are always subject to change.

Additional Closures Ongoing at Saratoga Springs
The upcoming dining refurbishments described above are among several ongoing projects at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.
The Treehouse Villas, the resort’s unique, elevated, octagonal accommodations in the woods, are being renovated now through mid-September 2026. Disney is either doing this work one treehouse at a time or in small clumps of treehouses rather than closing the entire Treehouse Villas complex.
Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course, which is part of the sprawling property of Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, will be closed from late spring through early fall 2026 to make significant changes.
