Summer House on the Lake Opening 2023

A brand new restaurant will open at Disney Springs in late 2023. Summer House on the Lake is restaurant with a breezy, beach house atmosphere that will fit right in with the views of Lake Buena Vista.

The California-inspired menu features simple, sustainable ingredients like pizza, pasta, fresh salads, sandwiches and more. The restaurant will also offer an exclusive Summer House Rosé along with a selection of wine, beer, handcrafted cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. This new restaurant will also offer a dessert market called The Cookie Jar with baked cookies and house-made pastries.

Corkcicle Opening First-Ever Retail Location at Disney Springs

Corkcicle is coming to Disney Springs for the first time! Corkcicle is a local Orlando business that creates high- performing insulated drinkware, coolers, and accessories. This kiosk will be Corkcicles first retail location and will open later this spring.

1. Plan Your Visit- Plan ahead before your visit to Disney Springs so you can utilize your time wisely. Disney Springs is split up into four neighborhoods- West Side, the Landing, Town Center, and the Marketplace. Once you know the way the areas are divided you can start planning your day by using the map over on the Disney Spring's website.
2. Make Dining Reservations- Just like the parks, Disney Springs can get extremely crowded especially during busy times of the year. Having dining reservations in hand before your visit will make your entire day stress free when you know your table is reserved and waiting for you.
3. Plan Around the Entertainment- Check the schedule for the entertainment you want to see and make sure you plan your day to see the things you want to see. It's easy to get swept up until the mall like atmosphere- don't forget to take in the Disney quality entertainment too!
