Disney has revealed news of more Audio-Animatronics coming to Walt Disney World, including major updates to one of the most popular EPCOT rides and new attractions coming soon.

Frozen Ever After Getting Big Tech Upgrade
The Audio-Animatronics of Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff from Frozen Ever After in EPCOT will be getting upgraded faces to match the advancements in the figures used at World of Frozen in Hong Kong Disneyland. These figures use traditional technology for their facial features, not projections. You can see the side-by-side comparison in the image above.
You can read the full details on the timing of when this new change will debut in our coverage of this EPCOT change. No official date has been announced yet for the ride's closure or reopening. This is going to be a huge improvement to this fan favorite ride in EPCOT.

We also learned that Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets will feature Scooter as an all-new Muppet Audio-Animatronics figure. Scooter will be featured in the pre-show as the band manager, along with a team of penguin audio engineers, trying to convince the Electric Mayhem to get to their concert on time.
The opening date for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets hasn't been revealed yet, but we do know the opening season. Rock ‘n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith will remain open through the end of 2025 and will close sometime in 2026.
New Zootopia Audio-Animatronics Revealed
Zootopia: Better Zoogether! makes the Tree of Life theater the “epicenter” of Zoogether Day, with Heidi Howler hosting a watch party. Guests will put on their “Carrot Vision” glasses to take in this 4-D experience with Clawhauser joining us in real time as an all-new Audio-Animatronics figure.
Guests can see Clawhauser in his new look, including “sporty” glow-in-the-dark necklaces and his favorite Gazelle t-shirt. Zootopia: Better Zoogether! will open on November 7, 2025, and we are so excited to see this new show and this new Clawhauser Audio-Animatronics.
