Disneyland has previously announced the return of the Blue Bayou Fantasmic! with dining packages selling out fast for the opening day of Fantasmic! and the days that followed. NEW Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante Fantasmic! Package

Rancho restaurant disneyland

In a surprising move, although not too surprising if you have seen the menu changes happening on the Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante page, Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante has been added as a Fantasmic! dining package.

This has replaced the previous Hungry Bear Restaurant grab and go Fantasmic! dining package. This may be due to the ongoing construction in Critter Country ahead of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opening later this year at Disneyland. Moving the dining package offering, which would often create long lines at Hungry Bear Restaurant on show days, to an area of the park free of construction makes sense.

It’s hard to say if the Hungry Bear Restaurant grab and go package will return, I personally have never been a big fan of the food offered for that dining package so I will be curious to see how Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante compares.

Fantasmic viewing area

But the most important detail of this news is we are seeing a return of an affordable Fantasmic! dining package with good viewing which is great news for many guests. In fact, this new dining package is the exact same price as the Hungry Bear Restaurant package offered before Fantasmic! closed last year. I love to see Disney resist the temptation to raise praises after such a lengthy closure.

Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante is the most affordable Fantasmic! dining package with a cost of $35 per adult and $25 per child ages 3-9. The dining package includes a 3-course meal and a voucher to the viewing area in front of the Rivers of America.

It is likely this dining package will be seated where Hungry Bear Restaurant dining packages were before which was adjacent to the other dining packages but still provided a good view.

Reservations are now open for Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante Fantasmic! packages so make your reservation soon on the Disneyland website so you don’t miss out!

River Belle Terrace Dining Package Returns

Disneyland River Belle Terrace

River Belle Terrace Fantasmic! dining packages are also returning including the popular premium seating option.

The prices for both these dining packages depend on which option you select with the standard dining package costing $55 per adult and $30 per child ages 3-9. The premium option, which includes seating at a table during the Fantasmic! show from the patio of River Belle Terrace, costs $89 per adult and $45 per child ages 3-9.

The meal options for the standard package include a brunch and dinner option which is great to add some variety to the dining options for these Fantasmic! dining packages.

The premium option is for dinner only and the meal is served during the first showing of Fantasmic! out on the River Belle Terrace patio. Both dining experiences include a three course meal along with the reserved viewing.

In the past, the premium option for River Belle Terrace has always been the MOST popular option and the hardest dining package option to get your hands on for Fantasmic! Reservations for this option often sell out within seconds.

Reservations are now open for River Belle Terrace Fantasmic! packages so make your reservation soon on the Disneyland website so you don’t miss out!
