Disney World Just Revealed More Christmas Foods for 2026

One of the most popular Disney Springs eateries in Walt Disney World just announced its limited-time holiday menu, which launches later this month. Based on the Indiana Jones films, this bar is a favorite of Disney adults, and it has options for under-21 guests, too. The holiday menu tends to be a hit, and we expect this year to be no different.

Holiday Menu Items at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar

Inspired by Indiana Jones’ pilot in Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in The Landing area of Disney Springs is a walk-up-only bar and lounge that serves drinks and light bites. The space is designed to look like a vintage airplane hangar, and the vibe is adventurous, exotic, and a bit dangerous (in a fun way). The Cast Members stay on-theme to create an immersive experience, and even the menu items and how they’re presented follow the motif.

Since there’s no digital queue or walk-up list for Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, guests simply show up and wait in line to be seated. All ages are welcome, and the menu always includes non-alcoholic drink options.

The special holiday menu at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar will run from November 10, 2026, to January 11, 2027. During the holidays, the vintage aviation-themed eatery is also decked out for the festive season.

Here are all the holiday-inspired treats coming soon:

• A Wreath of Wellington includes strip steak, mushroom duxelles, Gruyère cheese, puff pastry, herbed Parmesan, and horseradish-mustard aioli.
• The Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs have fried chicken atop a sweet potato filling, herbed butter, and a cranberry and parsley topper.
• New to the menu this year are the Holiday Freight Rolls, festive egg rolls with beef, pork, and sweet potato, served with sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce.

• Another new item is the North Pole Catch. The spread includes smoked trout dip, lavash chips, smoked salmon pinwheels with caper dill cream cheese, and fish and shrimp cakes served with citrus mustard aioli.
• The crispy Oh Christmas Brie is also making its debut on the menu this year. This Danish-style dish is served with lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon.
• Added to the menu for the first time are the crispy fried turkey Present Perfect Croquettes, topped with a cherry-orange brandy glaze.
• The Tinsel and Tender Bites are another new dish. Made from Cabernet-braised short ribs, they’re sprinkled with spiced macadamia nuts and served with a cauliflower puree.

New Festive Cocktails and a Non-Alcoholic Option

For guests 21 and over, there are 4 holiday cocktails on the menu. All of the holiday drinks at Jock Lindsey’s are either new to the menu or put a new spin on a past item.

The Cranberry Apple Compass Mule is made with gin, apple cider, cranberry juice, lemon juice, ginger beer, and a sugared cranberry garnish, and the Holiday Cranberry Negroni is made with gin, Campari Liqueur, sweet vermouth, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.

For a cocktail that can double as dessert, there’s the Frosted Passage Martini, made with vodka, two kinds of chocolate liqueur, and cream, and it’s garnished with an on-theme piece of white chocolate.

You can also try three types of spiked Joffrey’s Coffee hot cocoa with the Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight. Two dark hot chocolate drinks and one white hot chocolate are dressed up with grownups-only additions like tequila, Frangelico, and Baileys Irish Cream.

The non-alcoholic Hangar Holly Jolly drink is made with apple juice, kiwi syrup, lime juice, ginger ale, and a cranberry garnish.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar leans heavily into its theme, and you can expect most items you order to be served in a fun, stylized way. Just remember to snap a photo before you dig in.

More holiday items at Disney World have been announced, including a gingerbread milkshake at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, a holiday-themed and Mickey-shaped Whoopie Pie at Liberty Square Market, and the Santa Hat Croissant at Santa’s Holiday Grove in Animal Kingdom.
