New Disney World Restaurant Full Menu Announced Ahead of Upcoming Opening

A highly anticipated dining option is ready for business in Walt Disney World. This marks the second major opening at Disney Springs in one month. From the creators of one of Disney Springs’ most popular snack locations comes a new concept with its own specialty.

Six Ravens Menu at Disney Springs Revealed

Six Ravens is coming to Disney Springs in Walt Disney World. This new snack spot comes from the creators of Gideon’s Bakehouse, the popular cookie shop. See our recent review of Gideon’s famous “hot cookie hour”.

On the morning of July 20, 2026, the official Disney World website published operating hours for Six Ravens effective that same day, but later removed those hours. The website now says that the opening of the dining location is “coming soon,” with no specific opening date announced.

Six Ravens is located in the Town Center section of Disney Springs, between STK Steakhouse and OluKai, and immediately across from Paradiso37. This was the former spot of The Art of Shaving, which closed in 2024.

Like Gideon’s, the design and theming of Six Ravens plays a large role in the experience. Whereas Gideon’s carries a macabre aesthetic, Six Ravens is rooted in medieval-inspired lore. Its name, for example, references a legend of a group of ravens watching over the Tower of London.

Some of this creativity informs the menu descriptions. Six Ravens specializes in “coffyns,” a signature hand pie pastry of medieval Europe that the restaurant describes as containing “all the sustenance required for a valiant quest.” Six Ravens’ coffyns come in sweet and savory options.

• The Peasant’s Patty ($10.99) – A classic cheeseburger topped with American cheese, and dill pickle bits, and encased in a sesame-seed-sprinkled coffyn.

• The Villain of Valentina ($10.99) – House basil pesto chicken, balsamic tomatoes, and all the Kingdom’s Garlic, trapped in a herb-panko-splashed coffyn.
  • Pairing: Bruno’s Garlic Knot Juice
• The Wizard’s Wonder ($10.99) – Mac & cheese with pickled poblano peppers, pulled pork, and BBQ-seasoned panko crumbs shrouded in a BBQ-crumb-covered coffyn.
  • Pairing: Prince Donut’s Smoke & Cherry BBQ Sauce
• The Imperial Idol ($10.99) –Mildly spicy chicken with potato & carrot coconut curry in a fried garlic-covered coffyn harmonize to create this flavorful offering.
  • Pairing: Red Panda’s Dipping Sauce
• The Moreish Monk ($10.99) – Middle Ages grilled cheese using Vermont white cheddar, Havarti cheese, and house tomato jam wrapped in a parmesan-smothered Coffyn.

The opening of Six Ravens is among several changes happening throughout Disney Springs.
