Beyond the typical park experience, Disneyland is filled with countless fun hidden details that you can easily overlook even if you are a frequent visitor. Among the secret spots at Disneyland that provide a place to escape the crowds, there are a few cool hidden pathways that you may have never noticed.
One of these pathways is near one of our favorite Disneyland restaurants (and the home of one of the best Disneyland desserts) with a hidden area behind it that provides a detour from the main walkway, while the others offer a convenient shortcut to move between different areas of the park.

Secret Pathway Near Harbour Galley
The seating area behind Harbour Galley is one of our favorite quiet spots at Disneyland which is tucked away behind where the Sailing Ship Columbia is docked.
Quiet Escape Next to Harbour Galley
There is nothing quite like grabbing some of the restaurant's viral chocolate chip cookies and enjoying an escape from the crowds here.

Off to the right of the restaurant, you'll find some quiet places to sit and enjoy your food or soak in the tranquil atmosphere.
Views From Harbour Galley Secret Pathway
As you cross the deck and go up the stairs, you'll find a quiet pathway overlooking the Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island as well as the Tiana's Bayou Adventure flume.
Tiana's Bayou Adventure View
If others in your party are riding Tiana's Bayou Adventure and you're sitting out, this is a great spot to hang out at to grab a picture of them when they go by!
Tom Sawyer Island View
Check out the view of Tom Sawyer Island from here! This secret pathway takes you through some really breathtaking scenery.
Back to Main Walkway
This secret pathway connects back to the main walkway near the viewing area for the Tiana's Bayou Adventure drop.
Harbour Galley Secret Pathway on Map
Here is what this secret walkway looks like on the Disneyland map! You'll find it in New Orleans Square roughly across from the Haunted Mansion and Tiana's Bayou Adventure.
Secret Pathways From Frontierland to Fantasyland Theater Area
Another secret path connects Fantasy Faire (the area with princess meet-and-greets and the Royal Theatre on the west side of the castle) to Frontierland near Westward Ho Trading Co., which can be a good way to avoid the crowds and travel between the two areas more quickly.

Princesses on Secret Pathway
On this pathway, you'll pass by The Royal Hall where you can find various princesses out and about in the area!
Secret Pathway Rancho del Zocalo
There is another secret path that connects this Fantasy Faire area to the area near Rancho del Zocalo. You'll pass Royal Theatre and take the path that goes through the building and runs parallel to Rancho del Zocalo, landing you in Frontierland between the restaurant and the Frontierland Shootin' Expedition.
