At first glance, many guests walk right past this restaurant, wrongly assuming it’s too crowded or that there are no tables, but few guests realize the secret back seating area with views of the best Disneyland ride.

Flo’s V8 Café Offers Easiest Quick Service Dining
Disney California Adventure has one of the best quick-service spots in Disneyland, located in the popular Cars Land area. Flo’s V8 Café is a Route 66-style quick-service diner serving home-style rotisserie plates and pies. The restaurant recently got a major menu overhaul that introduced several new items we were very impressed by.

One of the best things about this spot is how easy it is to escape the heat and the crowds thanks to mobile ordering and the ample seating options. At first glance, it might look too crowded, but the interior of the restaurant offers plenty of seating, along with a large patio outside overlooking Radiator Springs Racers.
Most guests don’t realize there is a hidden little patio outside, which offers such a stunning view of the cars zooming past from Radiator Springs Racers. This is one of our favorite places to sit, especially if you need a break from the parks.
The menu at Flo’s V8 Café has something for everyone with classic American-style options like burgers, chicken & waffles, chili, chicken tenders, loaded fries, shakes, and more.
You can order with a cast member or place a mobile order, which is often our method of choice so we can rest and wait at our table for our food to be prepared. This restaurant is so cute and fits in wonderfully with the amazing theming of Cars Land.
We always love to grab a shake when we dine here, and Flo’s Classic Shake can combine all three ice cream flavors with Oreos on top.
My son ordered the Ka-Cheeseburger, which he always calls out as one of his favorite burgers at Disneyland. You can pick fries or Mandarin oranges as a side.
My partner ordered the “Big Dipper” Cheeseburger, which is a fun take on the classic cheeseburger served in pepperoncini cheese sauce. He also agreed that this is one of the best spots in Disneyland for a classic burger.
Unfortunately for vegetarians, there’s only one plant-based option on the menu, and it’s a salad. This is just one of the few issues vegetarians run into when trying to eat at Disneyland, especially when requesting menu modifications is so limited.
But I had no issues ordering a Mack’s Mac & Cheese kids meal and added a side of fries. If you’re a light eater, the kids meals are always a strong choice for your value at Disneyland.

Overall, Flo’s V8 Café is also one of the most affordable spots to eat. For a family of three, our total was only around $60, which is a great deal when you look at the higher prices for many sit-down restaurants at Disneyland, especially when considering recent price increases.
