Disney Store Opening New Location
Disney Store Limited Time is the name of a new concept for physical, temporary Disney Store locations in U.S. cities. The stores are a partnership between Disney and Go! Retail Group, the company behind Toys”R”Us, Babies”R”Us, and Calendars.com.
The first Disney Store Limited Time will open at Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on May 23, 2026.

Visitors can expect toys and apparel featuring favorite Disney, Marvel, and Star Wars characters. Disney Store Limited Time will be located on Ross Park Mall’s upper level, near J. Crew.
When this location was first announced, Disney said there would be a grand opening celebration with “magical moments for guests.” Neither Disney nor Ross Park Mall has announced any special event at the time of this writing, but locals looking for info may want to keep an eye on the mall’s social media or website. If nothing is formally announced, attending on opening day, May 23, would likely be a safe bet for some sort of activation.

Following this first Disney Store Limited Time location, another will open at Westfield Garden State Plaza Mall in Paramus, New Jersey, this fall. An exact opening date has not been announced.
As the name indicates, Disney Store Limited Time is not a permanent establishment, but Disney hasn’t announced how long the stores will stick around.
At its peak in 1999, Disney Store operated 747 locations globally, according to D23. Today, just 20 locations remain in the U.S., all of them outlets except for the flagship store in Times Square.
