Disney theme parks and cruise ships have an ambitious 2026 ahead, and we’re not just talking about new Disney rides opening. Dining is a crucial component of the Disney experience, and Disney knows this. The company will roll out new restaurants, bars, and even an afternoon tea spot in the coming year across Disney Parks and cruise ships.
Disney will open dozens of new dining locations globally in 2026. We list all of them below. At Mickey Visit, we cover the latest Disney news, including the latest ride closures and special effect improvements.
1. Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby (Downtown Disney District)

A 1960s-themed British gastropub from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay will open at Disneyland Resort. It will be located in Downtown Disney District above the new Earl of Sandwich (more on that below).
The eatery’s full, formal name is “Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby,” named after Carnaby Street in London. We expect Gordron Ramsay at The Carnaby to open sometime in 2026, though an opening date has not been announced.
2. Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon (Downtown Disney District)

From Michelin-starred Chef Joe Isidori comes Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon, a full-service steakhouse.
This restaurant already has locations in New York and the Hamptons. Disney has not announced an opening timeframe for Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon at Downtown Disney District.
3. Pearl’s Roadside BBQ (Downtown Disney District)

Like Arthur & Sons, Pearl’s Roadside BBQ comes to Downtown Disney District from Chef Joe Isidori. Pulled pork, beef brisket, and smoked wings will all be on the menu at this quick-service restaurant.
The opening date for Pearl’s Roadside BBQ at Downtown Disney District has not been revealed.
4. Porto’s Bakery & Café (Downtown Disney District)
Porto’s Bakery & Café will likely open its doors in 2026 at Downtown Disney District! Disney first announced the arrival of this Southern California chain to Disneyland Resort in 2022, so it’s been a long time coming. Porto’s serves Cuban-inspired pastries, cakes, and savory dishes.
We took a look at Porto’s construction progress in late 2025 and can’t wait to visit. Disney has not shared the opening timeframe for Porto’s Bakery & Café at Downtown Disney District.
5. Earl of Sandwich (Downtown Disney District)
Earl of Sandwich has played musical chairs with various locations in Downtown Disney District over the past few years. In 2026, the chain sandwich restaurant will finally settle into its permanent new location near the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage.
The new digs will boast two stories, with the first floor being a traditional Earl of Sandwich and the second floor being home to the aforementioned Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby. The opening date for the new Earl of Sandwich location at Downtown Disney District has not been revealed.
6. Bopo Go! (Downtown Disney District)

Bopo Go! will specialize in boba tea, also called bubble tea, with no artificial ingredients when it arrives at Downtown Disney District. The concept comes from Eric Wang and Philip Wang, co-owners of Bopomofo Café. The opening date of Bopo Go! has not been announced.
7. Napa Rose (Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel)

Napa Rose, the fanciest restaurant in Disneyland Resort, closed for refurbishment in spring 2025. Among the many updates to Napa Rose when it reopens will be new fireplaces on the patio, a renovation of the bar, and a new menu with items that “pay homage to California wine country cuisine,” according to Disney.
Napa Rose at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel just reopened. You can see our full review of the restaurant here.
8. Harambe Market (Disney’s Animal Kingdom)
Hamburgers, fries, and chicken strips are now on the menu for this refurbished quick-service outdoor food court, replacing its former African-inspired cuisine.
These changes come as Disney permanently closes Restaurantosaurus, one of Animal Kingdom’s top quick-service locations, to accommodate construction for the park’s upcoming Tropical Americas project.
Following a multi-month refurbishment, Harambe Market is set to reopen any day now at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Walt Disney World. (Restaurantosaurus closes on February 2, 2026, for what it’s worth.)
9. Six Ravens (Disney Springs)

From the creators of Gideon’s Bakehouse comes Six Ravens, a grab-and-go eatery at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World. Six Ravens’ specialty will be “Coffyns,” fluffy, yeast-based rolls filled with sweet and savory options, similar to a traditional hand pie.
If Six Ravens is anything like Gideon’s, it will be two things: highly themed with a macabre aesthetic and extremely popular. The opening date of Six Ravens at Disney Springs has not been announced.
10. Garden View Lounge (Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa)

Garden View Lounge will be one of the final Walt Disney World locations to reopen post-pandemic (if not the final location). A new menu will feature items inspired by Alice in Wonderland.
This spot at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will welcome guests for its popular Tea Experience on again starting March 19, 2026.
11. The Regal View Restaurant (Disney Adventure World)

The Regal View Restaurant will be the premier table-service restaurant of Adventure Way, a new land opening at the renamed Disney Adventure World theme park (currently Walt Disney Studios Park) at Disneyland Paris.
Debuting on March 29, 2026, The Regal View Restaurant features elegant décor inspired by the Disney Princesses, who join guests for character meals.
12. The Regal View Lounge (Disney Adventure World)

Attached to The Regal View Restaurant in Disney Adventure World is The Regal View Lounge, the first bar in a Disneyland Paris theme park. Artwork inside is inspired by the Disney Princesses’ animal sidekicks.
These include Pascal the chameleon from Tangled and Heihei the chicken from Moana. Along with The Regal View Restaurant and many of the sweeping changes at Disney Adventure World, The Regal View Lounge opens March 29, 2026.
13-24. More Eateries in Adventure Way (Disney Adventure World)

A total of 14 food and beverage locations comprise Adventure Way at Disney Adventure World. That number includes the full range from snack carts to the sit-down Regal View Restaurant.
While Disney hasn’t revealed all 14 locations for Adventure Way, we know a spot called La Terrasse Panoramique will serve bread bowls and Café Luminosity will serve four specialty hot dogs. These all open on March 29, 2026, when Walt Disney Studios Park officially becomes Disney Adventure World.
25. Nordic Crowns Tavern (Disney Adventure World)

Nordic Crowns Tavern is the primary dining location inside World of Frozen, a new land at Disney Adventure World complete with a free-roaming Olaf Audio-Animatronics figure! Nordic Crowns Tavern is a quick-service restaurant serving mashed potatoes, quinoa, grilled salmon, and other Nordic dishes. Along with the rest of World of Frozen, Nordic Crowns Tavern opens on March 29, 2026, at Disney Adventure World.
26. McDonald’s (Disney Village)

Disney Village, Disneyland Paris’ equivalent of Downtown Disney District or Disney Springs, will open France’s largest McDonald’s.
Guests can eat indoors or on one of the restaurant’s two outdoor, elevated patios with an abundance of plants. This new McDonald’s at Disney Village will open sometime in early 2026.
27 & 28. Casa Giulia and Giulia Express (Disney Village)

Similar to the changes happening at Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney District, Disneyland Paris’ Disney Village is in the middle of an ongoing transformation.
As part of these efforts, the table-service restaurant Casa Giulia and quick-service restaurant Giulia Express will serve Italian food and will be operated by Bertrand Hospitality. Casa Giulia and Giulia Express will both open in late 2026 at Disney Village.
29 & 30. Animator’s Palate / Animator’s Table (Disney Adventure Cruise Ship)

The Disney Adventure cruise ship casts off from Singapore this year with a full slate of new restaurants. We didn’t include all of them in the count of new restaurants in the headline for this article. There are some amazing new offerings that you can see below.
Since the ship is so big, some of the rotational dining restaurants have two locations onboard, each slightly different. Animator’s Palate from the classic Disney ships (pictured above onboard the Disney Magic) is one of those.
On the Disney Adventure, the Animator’s Palate will be present along with a new counterpart called Animator’s Table. At these restaurants, the interior design changes from black-and-white to color throughout the meal. Animator’s Palate and Animator’s Table both officially open on March 10, 2026, with the Disney Adventure’s maiden voyage.
31 & 32. Navigator’s Club / Hollywood Spotlight Club (Disney Adventure Cruise Ship)

As part of rotational dining on the Disney Adventure, guests will eat at either Navigator’s Club (themed to “the prestigious maritime tradition of exclusive ‘captain’s table’ dinners,” according to Disney) and Hollywood Spotlight Club (pictured above), themed to the heyday of moviemaking.
Both restaurants feature visits from Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy. Navigator’s Club and Hollywood Spotlight Club both open on March 10, 2026, onboard the Disney Adventure.
33. Enchanted Summer Restaurant (Disney Adventure Cruise Ship)

Enchanted Summer Restaurant is a rotational dining location on the Disney Adventure. Different dining rooms are themed to Maximus the horse from Tangled or Olaf the snowman from Frozen. Enchanted Summer Restaurant will serve a walk-up buffet breakfast and lunch prior to rotational dinner.
The restaurant will open on March 10, 2026, as the Disney Adventure officially sets sail from Singapore.
34. Pixar Market Restaurant (Disney Adventure Cruise Ship)

The final rotational dining location on the Disney Adventure (and also serving walk-up buffet breakfast and lunch) is Pixar Market Restaurant.
Colorful décor will be themed to “The Incredibles,” “Monsters University,” “Inside Out,” and “Turning Red.” Pixar Market opens March 10, 2026, with the rest of the Disney Adventure cruise ship.
35. Mike & Sulley’s – Flavors of Asia (Disney Adventure Cruise Ship)

Mike & Sulley’s – Flavors of Asia is a premium dining restaurant on the Disney Adventure cruise ship. Inspired by Monsters, Inc., this restaurant features four unique meal options: a full-service Japanese steakhouse, a teppanyaki room, an Omakase bar, and a dedicated area for sushi and sashimi.
Mike & Sulley’s – Flavors of Asia could be a preview of what’s to come from potential dining inside Monstropolis, currently under construction at Walt Disney World. Mike & Sulley’s – Flavors of Asia opens on March 10, 2026, as the Disney Adventure casts off for its maiden voyage.
36. Palo Trattoria (Disney Adventure Cruise Ship)
Palo Trattoria is an adults-only, premium dining restaurant onboard the Disney Adventure. Inspired by Luca, Palo Trattoria will serve Italian cuisine. The name is also a nod to Palo, the original adults-only restaurant on the classic Disney ships (pictured above). Palo Trattoria opens on March 10, 2026, with the new Disney Adventure ship in Singapore.
37-41. Quick-Service Restaurants Themed to Lilo & Stitch, Ms. Marvel, and More (Disney Adventure Cruise Ship)

In addition to the Disney Adventure’s rotational dining and premium dining, the new cruise ship will also feature an abundance of quick-service restaurants: Mowgli’s Eatery (themed to The Jungle Book), Pizza Planet (Toy Story), Stitch’s ‘Ohana Grill (Lilo & Stitch) (pictured above), Gramma Tala’s Kitchen (Moana), and Cosmic Kebabs (Ms. Marvel).
All of these quick-service locations will open on March 10, 2026, as the Disney Adventure begins sailings from Singapore.
42-49. Lounges Themed to The Princess and the Frog, Luca, and More (Disney Adventure Cruise Ship)

It’s not a Disney Cruise Line ship without über-themed bars, lounges, and snack locations. The new Disney Adventure ship will have plenty of them: Spellbound (themed to Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs), Buccaneer Bar (Pirates of the Caribbean), Bewitching Bobas & Brews (The Little Mermaid) (pictured above), Wheezy’s Freezies (Toy Story 2), Tiana’s Bayou Lounge (The Princess and the Frog), and Alley Cat Café (Big Hero 6).
Plus, there are two additional locations themed to Luca: a coffee shop called Palo Café and a sports bar named Taverna Portorosso. These locations will all open their doors on March 10, 2026, with the grand opening of the Disney Adventure ship, sailing from Singapore.
