Both Disneyland and Disney World are currently undergoing major construction to bring guests some highly anticipated new offerings, including cutting-edge attractions and dining experiences. Among the 11 new dining experiences opening in the next year is a quick-service kiosk in Disney’s California Adventure, and Disney just released the latest details, including the opening timeframe and a sneak peek at the menu.

Bountiful Valley Brews Quick-Service Dining
Disney California Adventure is getting a brand new quick-service restaurant called Bountiful Valley Brews, and the new dining location just went live on the Disneyland website. Disney just revealed a first look at its menu and shared that it will be opening this November.

Bountiful Valley Brews will be located at Performance Corridor towards the front of the park between the Carthay Circle Restaurant and the entrance to Avengers Campus. It will serve light bites, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic beverages including specialty cocktails, craft beers, seltzers, and micheladas. Keep reading for the full menu list.
Based on the concept art (pictured above), it appears that the kiosk will also offer Mobile Order, which can save a significant amount of time when guests want to grab a snack or a drink. Mobile order allows guests to order and pay from the Disneyland app, return during a specific pickup window, and skip the regular line to pick up their items.
In addition to mobile order, the concept art shows a small seating area for guests to sit and enjoy their food and drinks, which is a welcome addition to any dining location. Disneyland has recently been making an effort to add additional seating areas for guests.
Within the Disneyland app, the price range also shows between $15 and $34.99 per adult, which is on the pricier side when compared with other quick-service kiosks like the popular Cozy Cone Motel in Cars Land. However, our first look at the menu shows some elevated cocktails, including a cocktail flight. Here is everything we know about the menu so far.
A snack item available at this new location is the Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll with pesto dipping sauce.
Next up, we have the Pomegranate-Blueberry Refresher, which contains pomegranate & lime juices and blueberry foam topped with berries (non-alcoholic).
Next, the Vodka Pomegranate-Blueberry Martini, which contains vodka with pomegranate and lime juices and blueberry foam.
Another fun drink is the Strawberry-Mango Margarita, which has tequila with strawberry, mango, orange, and lime juices and a chile-lime rim.
The Southern Whiskey Peach Tea contains Whiskey with peach black tea garnished with a peach gummy ring.
The menu will also include the Bountiful Valley Cocktail Flight, which includes a sampler of the Vodka Pomegranate-Blueberry Martini, Strawberry-Mango Margarita, and Whiskey Peach Tea. There will also be select craft beers and select micheladas available.
