We recently visited one of the newer hotels near Disneyland that offers spacious suites with a full kitchen, free full breakfast each morning, and more. This hotel is a good option for bigger families visiting Disneyland as well as business travelers.

The hotel is located behind Disneyland Park, with transportation to the parks available via the ART Shuttle. The property offers amenities like an outdoor pool, fire pit, and fitness center.

Staybridge Suites Anaheim offers studio and one-bedroom suites that include full kitchens. The hotel’s offerings are ideal for business travelers and guests enjoying extended stays, as well as bigger families who are looking for spacious accommodations and a kitchen area to prepare food.

There is also a Social Hour offered Monday through Wednesday, held from 5:30-7 pm, where you can enjoy offerings like a salad bar, soup, entrees, beer, and wine.

While the pool is small, it is nice to have it completely surrounded to protect from any wind. This is a nice option to cool down in the warmer months and for kids to take a break in the afternoon.

It is about a 20-minute walk to Downtown Disney and nearly a 30-minute walk to the parks, so we would advise taking a quick Uber/Lyft or utilizing the ART Shuttle (11 Ball Road Line) for transportation. The quickest way to get back from the parks would be to take an Uber from the Grand Californian back to the hotel.
