Disneyland just recently ended the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. After the festival, one treat is sticking around because of the popularity of the offering. When we rated the best foods at the festival this year, we rated it as the second best of all the foods that we tried.
There are a lot of sweet treats available at Disneyland, but this new one is a perfect combination of sweet and cold without being overwhelming. We are constantly trying different foods at Disneyland to share our favorites with you. Mickey Visit brings you the latest Disney news and planning resources, including new Disneyland popcorn buckets and a change to Visa card perks.

Top Rated Festival Food is Sticking Around at Disney California Adventure
Out of all the foods at the festival, this one perhaps makes the most sense to stick around longer. Rather than being offered at one of the festival booths that they set up, this treat is available at a permanent dining location. The treat has been added to the menu at the location after the festival due to the popularity. We don’t know how long it will end up lasting, but we would expect at least until the next major menu change.

We’re talking about the Frozen Banoffee Banana located at Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream on Buena Vista Street.
This is a massive frozen banana that is dipped in milk chocolate and topped with toffee pieces, caramel sauce, and white chocolate drizzle.
The food item is HUGE and a great treat to be shared. The lightness of the frozen banana counters the richness of the chocolates and caramel. Careful though, you may get a little bit of a brain freeze if you bite into this thing too quickly.
The item costs $7.99. Compare this to the cost of a single scoop of ice cream here which costs $7.79. This banana is a more unique treat than a scoop of ice cream and by comparison a better value to be able to share. There is also a “wow” factor here to enjoying one of these.

In our ratings of the best festival food items in 2026, our team rated the item saying “The toppings are great, and this is a really nice dessert that doesn’t leave you feeling icky afterwards. Be warned that this thing is huge! It’s definitely made for sharing. I would rate this a 9.5/10.” This was only rated second behind the Spinach and Artichoke Grilled Cheese that was offered during the festival.
The location also has other ice cream specialities including the Mickey’s Ice Cream Truck that is served with an Oswald Sundae. This includes the super cute ice cream bucket that looks like a Mickey ice cream truck. This costs $31.79. Here’s a look at the truck.
The other best treat here that I would recommend are the hand-dipped ice cream bars. These are you choice of vanilla ice cream bar dipped in chocolate coating and some other topping. For $7.49 these are also a great value and a unique offering.
Generally, this location offers many fun treats and they continue to deliver by keeping the Frozen Banoffee Banana on the menu in addition to these other fun treats. The hand-dipped nature of these makes the offerings fun and more unique than other ice creams at Disneyland and beyond.
